Absolute Powerstroke

I would not let this guy change the spark plug on my dead grandmother’s lawn mower.
I took my 03 ford excursion to them in Dec. for a motor rebuild. He had it for over 2 MONTHS.
Over the next 6 months it seemed like he had it more than I did due to all the SNAFU’s it had.
He charged me for broken things that should have been done when motor was rebuilt.
The radiator, fuel, and oil pan leaked from the very beginning. I took it to him several times inside the warranty and he always responded «we test drove it… but could not find anything».
I have COPD and with the fuel leaking I was having a hard time when I parked the truck, and when it was parked in the garage due to the fumes.
He informed me: «the warranty on leaks is clear in your warranty», and «don’t park in the garage» WHAT?
I sent him pictures of the leaks but he blew them off.
NOW: I am 160 miles from home at my son’s yearly family day at camp. The starter came off!!!
top bolt gone completely and the bottom one was there but all the threads were stripped off from over torquing the starter. Do these guys have a torque wrench?
Almost forgot, I got a call from the desk guy to come pick my truck up it was done. I drove 23 plus miles one way to go get it.
Jason the owner said: «you can’t pick it up» I ask why. «because its not done, who told you it was?» I pointed to the desk jockey.
Find a reputable company to take you ford to, not this clown.
