History

Established in 1985.

Under the same family ownership, we consider our clients our friends. Located in the Valley Business Park. Owners are active in the community as members of the Pleasanton Downtown Association, Pleasanton North Rotary, P-​Town Push Rods. Pleasanton Police Volunteers. We also have assisted Non-​Profit groups with printing needs. Community Service is all that matters.

Proudly served in the US Army from 1965 to 1968. Had a career at Sears from 1969 to 1985 then opened Alpha Omega Print in 1985.

Considered one of the oldest Printing Businesses under the same ownership.

After Kinko’s screwed up our postcards for a conference in town, Alpha Omega and Wayne were incredibly friendly and responsive in getting us new ones printed in just a few hours. We worked with Wayne the the most, but Pam keep the project in line and on task. Everyone we dealt with on the phone was so nice and accommodating. In the end, the cards were far less expensive than Kinko’s and 100x better quality. Thanks, Alpha Omega.

Wayne and Pam have been doing our printing for the company for a few years now and I must say, the product that comes back to me is great. The pricing is reasonable and the service is fantastic. We too are a small company with only a dozen employees and that too sways me to go there. Once you try them the first time, I think you will find that you have a long term relationship in the making.

I just had 1000 business cards designed and printed by this company. Darren worked with me for weeks because I didn’t know what I wanted to put on the card. He made at least 8 changes and did each one very quickly. I asked for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price. Then they told me 2 weeks and just now, only a week or so later, they delivered them to me! Can’t get much better than this.

I had a fast-​turnaround for some business cards but I didn’t want cheap-​looking ones. Brought my art files to these guys and I had my cards in two days. Great quality, fast turnaround and excellent prices, even for low quantities. What else could you ask for! I was very impressed–

When I opened my Insurance Agency two years ago I asked a friend where I should go for printing and I was told to call Alpha Omega. Turns out my friend knew what she was talking about! Their service, quality of work and turn around time is outstanding and they always give the extra effort if I need my order rushed. Very friendly, too!

I am in charge of marketing for a small law firm and wanted to update the look of our stationary, business cards, etc. Didn’t know what I wanted exactly, but something sharper and more modern than what we’d used for 25 years. I went out to talk with Wayne, who listened carefully, gave me some suggestions and then said he’d turn it over to his designer, Darren. Darren got back to me with some suggestions in a couple of days and we fine-​tuned them together until we had just the right look.
Printing was relatively fast and the prices quite reasonable. Very pleased with their customer service and quality.

Contradictory to all the good reviews here, I do have a different opinion. As a matter of fact, I wanted to use their service because of the good reviews. However it turned out to be the worst experience ever. I tried to do direct mailing for my office. Thursday of last week I was there to ask a quota. Wayne said he could give me that as soon as Friday and he would talk to his wife for the listing of residents we are asking for. Until Wednesday of this week, no response from them. Called them and surprised enough very rude on the phone. I believed his wife answered the phone. She did not even let me finished what I was asking and yelling at me «I have a hard time to understand you». It seemed I just bothered them. What kind of service is this? What is wrong with me to even try this store?
Do not understand why Unilocal filtered my review? If you see this review, I strongly suggest not to use their service. There are others who provide much better service around Dublin and Pleasanton.

Eehhh am pretty confused about this place. I called yesterday and was quoted 60 cents for 11×17 color print. Called again today to make sure, and was told that wasn’t the right price at all. The person seemed kind of annoyed with my call, too. I hung up before finding out what the real price was, because I assumed I’d gotten the printing places confused, but I know now that I didn’t.
You can take my review with a grain of salt. I won’t actually be going here, so I can’t comment on their actual services.

We have been using these guys for a while. Always competitive pricing and great people to work with. They are full service as well so if you need graphic design work they can handle it. The turn around on printing is great as well. We will be working together in the future. I would refer them to anyone.

I was at Allegra Today visiting with Wayne & Pam. I had them do a small job, and as always they did a great job on time. Its a pleasure working with a company that cares. I also hope that Unilocal allows this review thru as they have filtered others I have written, including one a wrote for Allegra a few months back. If you need printing call Wayne, or ask for Frances who is also a gem and can help you with great ideas.

When you give a business 5 starts, Unilocal says «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» That was really my experience working with Allegra. I do some volunteer work for a non-​profit, and got assigned to pulling a booklet together for an event we are holding and, of course, this was a last minute thought.
I was referred to Allegra by a friend, and I’m sure glad I was. Frances and Wayne got me connected with Darren, their designer. As I knew little to nothing about the printing business, Darren worked closely with me and soon he had developed an outstanding layout. The booklets are being printed now and I know from the proofs that they’re going to be great. I’ll update this review later when I get everyone’s reaction to the booklet. My reaction was: «Oh, Wow!».
If you’ve got printing and publishing to do, Allegra Print & Imaging is the place to go. Tell them Mike F. ‘The Golfer’ sent you.
