We met Blaise a few years back when we were looking to buy a house in Pleasanton from overseas (not an easy task!). We had a limited amount of time to look at houses and had a rather extensive list of must-​haves. We turned to Blaise as he was recommended by a colleague who had met Blaise at an open-​house. We were frustrated with our current real estate agent, who was doing nothing more than following-​up on the leads we had sent her from our own internet searches. We met with Blaise at the 11^th hour and decided to switch agents.
Not only Blaise gave us the comfort of knowing the area inside and out, he immediately was very realistic and upfront of what we could and should expect.
