I ordered an official transcript on a Monday, and paid the $ 10 to have it ready on Wednesday and opted to pick it up. The guy that processed it told me it would be ready any time on Wednesday. I go in to pick it up that Wednesday, and they don’t have it. I had to wait around for about half an hour, talked to three different people, before I finally had the transcript in my hands. Let’s be honest, I should not have had to pay $ 10 to have it ready in two days, if it wasn’t going to be ready anyway! Ridiculous.
