How can anyone have a negative thing to say! Happened to walk in today and the girl working was wonderful!’ Their prices are reasonable and the clothes are similar to anthropology but half the price! Bought several new tops, shoes and sunglasses! This is my new go to place!

This place is definitely my go to place for gifts. It’s very similar to modcloth. Very close and sometimes exact stuff. Mei is an absolute doll, she’s super nice to talk to and she’s very accommodating. Love her. She greets me every time and assists me when I need that extra help. Love the sales, wish they had more. But overall, it’s definitely a place for cute whimsical wardrobe pieces.

This place has some cute and different things, jewelry, décor, clothes. To bad it’s way over priced and like someone else said the associates don’t really act like your there.

I had an amazing experiance here! Ive never been to this store but i always past by it. So i saw something in the window and decided to go in. I wasnt really dressed nice or anything. But the store manager mai i think it was so incredibly nice. She offered me a fitting room and while i was changing she brought me more outfits to try on. I loved it she took her time and attention on me. And i can say i have never had that great of service before anywhere not even at a fancy boutique in blackhawk. She was so awesome that i don’t even want to buy clothes anywhere but here now because i dont always have an eye for outfits and when there’s someone who takes there time to help you find something for your size and shape it was a great experience! Thank you so much for helping me and making me feel welcomed and not judged by most places!

Outstanding customer service by all the workers that were there today. Angel was very nice and helpful. She helped me find my size and informed me about the sales going on. Katherine rung up my dress and was very kind as well. Then I bought a little purse that Mie rung up and she was very sweet and patient. Even though it was a busy day, they were all helping me and answering any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience here and will keep coming here in the future. PS: they have super cute dresses

I had the best friendly service here today! I went to Downtown Pleasanton to Prim and inside that store the other customers were talking about how they also love Francesca’s, so I immediately went to this location and loved it!!! The staff is so helpful and attentive! The store is pretty small so when there are a lot of people in it, like there was today, it makes it hard to move around a bit, but even as busy as it was I still received the best customer service. I will be coming here again and again!

Love their earrings. I really can’t come to the mall and not stop in to at least see if there’s a little something for myself, or my niece, etc.
I will say this however that last time I was in the girl behind the counter was just spacing out and literally did not even say hello to any single person inside there (maybe 3 or 4 of us came and went) which I thought wasn’t too friendly or inviting.
The product here speaks for itself– they’re lovely. But with the right staff you could really turn it up a notch!

I love Francesca’s! It’s a great store with something for everyone. This particular location, however, gets a ton of foot traffic as it has a great spot in the Stoneridge mall.
This is a blessing and a curse. Blessing because you can’t miss it. Curse because everyone else and their mother can’t miss it either. I am a loyal Francesca’s shopper and I love to build outfits from their pieces.
This store can be a challenge to do so in because of how many looky-​loos are roaming around, especially around the jewelry table — which I must say has AMAZING finds. This store has friendly staff, but more often than not they are chatting — which doesn’t bother me, but it might deter some of the not so serious shoppers if they actually tried to service them.
If you need gifts or last minute outfits you can surely find something for anyone here. It’s a great spot.

I love this store, but only when you actually go in the store to shop. I had a very bad experience ordering with them online, so my recommendation would be not to do so. I even had to speak with a manager of the online corp. and it was made very clear to me that they do NOT appreciate my business. I am in a customer service role and I understand what it means to value a customer. I can say that with out being able to walk in the store and shop, I would not ever shop here again. I was amazed at the lack of professionalism and concern for the well being of the company. I would stick to walk ins. If you do decide to shop online, do not go in with any expectations.

After all the bad reviews I’m always hesitant to come in But it was one of the best shopping experience I’ve had in awhile.
I went into the store to find a dress I saw online, as soon as I walked in I was greeted which is always nice. I walked straight over to the racks and began looking, the sales associate approached me and I asked if she could help me find something. I told her what I was looking for and she knew what I was talking about but said they didn’t carry it anymore. And I thought that’s was the end of it. But she said she would call other stores to check for me. She called 4 stores looking for the dress and was about to call another one but I told it it was fine and thanked her for doing all that.
Then she pulls dresses that were similar to the one I was describing and started a fitting room for me. Another associate started pulling little extras I could add like belts, scarves and a cute necklace
They both managed to always keep my hands free so I could shop freely!
Basically I went in to get a dress and ended up buying a complete outfit (jewelry, belt, tights, everything) all thanks to those girls. Amazing service I will be coming back soon!!!

this place is amazing! I noticed they have a bunch of new girls working there because I didn’t recognize any of them & they were also MUCH nicer! (also the store manager Maggie introduced herself very promptly, which never happened before) I was turned off by this store when they first opened but decided to give it another shot & everyone was great! They were doing a lot of visual changes but constantly took the time to check in on me & never ignored me, the manager showed me some new arrivals & told me about sales that we’re going on. I didn’t come in to buy anything but I will definitely be doing my Christmas shopping here!

This location was awful. The staff didn’t greet me or offer to help at all. I felt like I was in their way or wasting their time. The management should really take a look at who they are hiring. Not a good experience at all! I was looking for a gift and decided to spend my money at Banana Republic instead.

Cute accessories! Sales Associate?! Don’t even bother!!! The one particular lady that was working when I visited was rude… unfriendly…not helpful at all! Store manager/​owner should consider reading the reviews about their staff, maybe they will somehow do something about «customer service» issues.

Maybe they’ll notice me now and greet me. Hmm, let me browse some more and I’m positive someone will ask me if I need help finding anything. Oh wait, an associate is about to pass by me, perhaps now she’ll acknowledge me!
Aww shucks! I saw so many cute items that I would have liked to purchase but obviously these associates were too busy to acknowledge any customers but never too busy to talk amongst themselves.
I’ll spend my money at my usual Burlingame location. I’ll never set foot in here again.

Cluttered, messy, jewelery is ok. staff, meh… not friendly or helpful…

So walked in wanting to return something from christmas that just wasnt me but i was happy to exchange it for something else. unfortunately i did not have the receipt but the tag was intact. I work in retail so i know kindness goes a long way and also one can look up any item by its barcode no matter what system you are working with. I walk in and 3 girls are huddled up behind the counter. I thought because the space is so small theres no where to walk around when customers are brousing so whatever.
Then I proceed To ask for an exchange, the first girl says sure no problem.
Then the second girl says i have to do an exchange right there and then rather than get store credit for another time
Sure whatever ill look around. So she scans the item and says that the item is on sale the org price was 24.00 but she says the sale price is 13.00 and because i dont have the receipt i have to get the 13.00.
So i look around and the jewlery is SO cluttered and messy, i can tell its cute but i dont want to put work into organizing their store to get myself something.
They claim to be trendy but they are late by a season and have things i can find online for a quarter of what they are selling it for or just walk up to forever21
the sales assc. were no help and were simply in the way. I guess the shop owner just needs warm bodies because the were not trained in customer service.
I walked out thinking Ill just regift it. and never go into that cluttered messy RANDOM store.
*I also think they are pricey for LA Shopping district type clothes (which is like a cheap runway look)

Great clothes. Great prices. I can usualy find clothes here. But unfortunatelyI usually have to to fid them on my own :(Last time I came in the salesgirl was too busy untangling necklaces to even say hi or offer any help as I was trying on dresses. There was no one else in the entire store! I can understand if you’re busy.
When checking out the salesgirl asked if I had found everything OK. I was biting my tongue until then. I basically asked, «You don’t get paid commission, right.» She said no. I told her I probably would have purchased more with help. And she didn’t care one bit.
Go with a friend that can help.

Cute store full of trendy clothes, jewelry, and gift items, but I have never been too impressed with the customer service. It is very cramped inside and easy to knock things over.

Horrible customer service. No greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. Not even eye contact. The products were pretty low quality and there wasn’t much to choose from. Much of it consists of the same style just in different colors. I found a cute top, but decided it wasn’t worth trying on due to price and lack of customer service. Really disappointed.

I’ve been so excited that a Francesca’s would be opening in Stoneridge & finally the day has come! The store is very small but very cute! Clothing is reasonably priced from $ 20−50/ item. They also have a wide selection of girly jewelry and tons of cute books, gifts and even shoes! The clothing here is similar to what you would find in the B.P. section of Nordstrom and it is junior sizing. The clothing is high quality and will withstand many washing unlike Forever21’s items. Come check this place out! It’s the perfect little shop when you’re looking for a one of a kind item and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
