Swathi is THE BEST! She took my brows from being dull and unattractive to dark, elegant, stylish and GORGEOUS! They have 2 locations and she can be found in the brow bar next to JC Penney ground floor. Their second location is in front of Macy’s ground floor.
I would give this brow bar 10 stars (if Unilocal gave 10)!

I do not recommend this kiosk/​location one bit. My daughter wanted her eyebrows done, first time to have them threaded. The gal was not busy. We asked her how much, she said «10.00» Nothing more, nothing less. My daughter sits down to get them done, I walk away for maybe 3 minutes. I come back and she is doing her forehead, her cheeks, her lip, etc., I had no idea that she just asked her and my daughter didn’t know it would be more, doesn’t pay for it and just said «sure». I sit down and she tries to persuade me to get my cheeks, my lip, my forehead, etc., I go for just eyebrows and she manages to get my chin/​cheeks. We are done and it looks pretty good. I go to pay and she tells me $ 27.00 for my daughter and $ 30.00 for me. I am shocked!!! NEVER did she offer that with a price, never did she say it would be more, nothing regarding additional costs. So, I was pretty shocked at the casualness of her exclaiming that it is 57.00 for both of us. I called the company, and spoke with Lina. She said she was in Texas but would contact them tomorrow and then call me back. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company and NEVER go again to this person. STAY AWAY, unless you communicate ahead of time on the procedure (s) and costs. This is NO WAY to conduct business. There are so many negative reviews here I am surprised it is still in business. Do your homework.

This place ruined my eyebrows. They did everything I didn’t want for my personal eyebrow shape. The first lady made them uneven. Then the next lady tried to fix them. They ended up cutting my natural eyebrow thickness in half and gave me way too much of an arch. I would’ve stopped even halfway if I knew this was going to happen. These eyebrows make me look permanently angry and they don’t suit my face at all. I’m completely unhappy. They wouldn’t even let me tell them what I wanted for my eyebrow shape in the first place. They just said something along the lines of: «No no, don’t worry. I got it, I know what I’m doing. I know how to do this.» First of all, never assume you know what the customer wants. It’s absolutely inconsiderate. It’s like going to a salon with a certain haircut in mind and then the barber tells you, «No, I know what you want, I don’t need your opinion.» You’re not supposed to do that. On top of that, the areas where my eyebrows were threaded are still sore and raw. It’s already been well over a day and I’m actually getting a headache from the aching. It was my mistake as well for letting them do this to me. I don’t want anyone else to feel the intense regret that I’m going through with this place. I should’ve taken my money and ran. Don’t go here. Go somewhere that is more professional and has the actual skills to do threading properly. I seriously hope my eyebrows grow back soon. I’m so worried they’ll never be the same. This is hands down my worst threading experience. They deserve no stars whatsoever. I only gave one because it was the lowest the website would let me rate.

Not a fan. Got my eyebrows done here and hated my brows the girl acted like she knew what she was doing yet messed up my shape completely and she wreaked of cigarettes. Wouldn’t come back here.

Anytime anyone attempts to offer you a free demo say no, they scam you and they act like explained it properly. Stay away

Got my eyebrows threaded on a whim, which never happens. Especially in a crowded and busy mall. But my friend wanted to try it (she was a newbie) and it seemed affordable at $ 10. I waited about 5 minutes or so to get an open chair. But I felt like I was standing around with other people vying for an open seat and there was no organization as to who would go first. The lady at the cash register (seemed like the manager) wasn’t paying attention.
My eyebrow threader was overall nice. But the way she treated me felt a little about off. I felt like she was critiquing my the state of eyebrows by her comments, when it’s her job to just make them look better. Anyways, she was done in maybe less then 5 minutes and there was no attempt to wipe off the extra hair on my face or put anything soothing lotions on my brows. Which they do at other places.
I gave her a tip because I thought my brows looked nice, and after reading all these reviews about the hit and misses here, I’m ok with not coming back!

My daughter and I have been coming here for years with memberships. One day, she forgets her membership card so we figured they can look in their system or even just trust us that our membership is good as it has been for YEARS! First, they can’t find her on their system (not our fault). So we presented the receipt I happened to have for her membership renewal. They say it’s a receipt for «one time service» only and not membership. What??? We have been renewing our memberships for years and now you’re claiming we are liars? We contact the owner and instead of being apologetic that whoever renewed our membership screwed up by charging us the wrong amount AND not putting us in the system, she states that people try to cheat them all the time. Well, we have been loyal customers but no longer. Don’t come here… they push membership and lousy customer service.

So I had never had Threading done before, so I decided to take a chance and try it out. The gal that did mine eyebrows was really nice and knowledgeable. She kept asking me how I was doing etc. I let her know it was kind of weird, and not too sure if I would do it again. Yet she kept pushing that if I but a 3 month membership I could come unlimited times and it would pay for itself. I again let her know that I wasn’t sure if I would do it again. At that point she kind of gave up and didn’t ask again. I probably won’t do the whole threading thing. If you like Threading, give this place a shot!

At first, I’ve been coming here for months, even bought their package deal. Until… this lady f*kk up my eyebrows just cos i havent been waxing/​threading my eyebrows for days, she kept telling me my eyebrows are so complicating. They weren’t even bushy or anything! U just had alot of short baby hairs growing on my eyebrows. When she was done, i was hellaaaaa shock to see a straight line on top of my eyes! No arch. Nothing. I FREAKIN LOST MY EYEBROW ARCH. I neverrrr had straight eyebrows, i was so embarrassed i quickly went to my car and cried!
After i got hold of myself, i called the owner and complained, she was In a hurry to get off the phone, she didnt even want to her me explain how mad i am and told me to send her a picture and that she’ll handle it. But when i already sent it to her, i never got a respond back!! b Nothing!
& this happened 2−3months ago, never went back there ever again! I am so disappointed!

This is a review for how the business handles their unhappy customers.
The cost here was $ 15 and I usually get my eyebrows done for $ 9 to $ 10, but since it was in the mall, and I had time to kill, I figured why not. Sabeetha (not sure how to spell her name) helped me and reduced the price to $ 12. I’ve been to other eyebrow threading places before and it was just like any other. I gave a $ 2 tip, thanked her, and continue to walk around the mall.
I checked out my eyebrows while I was shopping in another store and found that there were cuts above my right eyebrow. I went down to the kiosk and there was another girl working. I showed it to her and she replied, «So, what do you want me to do about it?» And pointed me in the direction of the other kiosk.
I found Sabeetha and showed her the cut skin above the eyebrow. She said it was because I didn’t hold the eyebrow tight enough. I felt like she didn’t take any ownership with her mistake. She placed the blame on me. I explained to her that she could have told me to hold it tighter. She didn’t have a problem telling me to place my hands in a different position when she was threading other parts of my eyebrow.
There was a really nice customer that came to save the day and told me that she gets cuts from threading here all the time around her brows and her upper lips. (Thank you, but REALLY? And you still go here??). The customer explained that a little neosporin and cover up would help the situation and it will heal fast. This is all the stuff that Sabeetha should have said. Thank you, Customer, for making me feel better about the cut. As for the business, my advice is to get better customer service training. The first thing out of both of your mouths should have been SORRY instead of the crap I heard. Also, complimentary neosporin would have been nice to please the unhappy customer.

Do not go to this place or the other kiosk in the mall. It’s the same owner. I went there for the first time in December. The girl that threaded my eyebrows was in training. So I thought it was fine. I’d give anyone a chance. They asked if I wanted a 3 month membership for $ 50, unlimited sessions. I thought it was a good deal but Everytime I went, I had a new person in training. It’s never anyone experienced doing it and the last time I went, the man did not do a good job. I didn’t like the experience at all. Customer service was terrible. He kept asking about renewing my membership when it won’t even expire for another month. I will not go there ever again. Give them a chance but do not buy a membership because its never the same person. Boo!!!

I wanted to like this place considering that it is located in the mall, which means convenient and extended hours. However, my experience was terrible. I visited this establishment on Saturday, February 2^nd. I approached and let them know that I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded. I just needed a clean up as I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for several years. The young lady that provided my service, Janet, must have been brand new and very inexperienced. She appeared to be having a very difficult time which resulted in her having to as another young lady to help her as she could not seem to get the left eyebrow. Since she had attempted to do it herself before asking for help, the eyebrow was completely messed up — uneven with patches of hair missing. It looked nothing like the other eyebrow nor anything like it did when I walked in. But, I understand that people make mistakes. The reason that I am writing this review has more to do with the service, or lack thereof, after the threading was complete. It was super obvious that the left eyebrow was jacked up! Janet just stood there saying nothing as I looked in the mirror. The other lady who had «helped» was giving me tips on how I could fill the eyebrow in until it grew back. She then walked off to another client. There was no acknowledgement that they completely jacked my eyebrows up. And to top it off, I had quite a bit of bruising on my eyebrow the next day. Like I said, I have been having my eyebrows threaded for many years & have never had this experience. Needless to say I will never return. Not only will I not recommend this place to others, but will dissuade them from going if they are considering it. Terrible customer service! If she would have at least apologized, perhaps I would not be writing this review.

I wish I could give NO STARS! DON’T GO HERE!!! They are scam artists! I had been purchasing the membership for well over a year as it was saving me money on threading. I went in just to get my eyebrows touched up and the lady Lina refused to do it. I had recently renewed my membership early and got a new card to reflect the new dates. The lady who I bought my membership from took the old card as she always did. Lina wouldn’t provide the service I paid for because they were future dates. But common sense would tell you I’m not traveling back in time to get my eyebrows done so obviously I just paid ahead of time. Their practice is if you let your membership expire you pay the membership rate PLUS the cost of getting your eyebrows done. So if I had let it expire my new card would have reflected that but it didn’t. She wanted to change the dates on my card to reflect today’s date for the membership which meant I would have lost money on a couple weeks I already paid for! Finally after arguing with her for 15 minutes (when doing my eyebrows would have taken all of 3 minutes) I asked for my money back. She refused since I don’t have a receipt and I paid in cash. She also called me a liar saying that the girl who wrote out my card hadn’t worked the whole month but when she called to ask her boss it proved that the girl DID work this month. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

got my eyebrows ripped off in a minute, treated like a liar, and mislead all in 15 minutes
i came to this place before (quite a while ago) with a friend, and they offered to thread for free. and today i walked by, intending to kill sometime, and they offered to thread. they charged me 15 dollars, but i didn’t hear the lady tell me it would be 15 dollars at all! i was really upset, and i only had 8 one dollar bills on me. no one apologized that they DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR that they would charge me for threading my brows for ONE MINUTE.
they demanded my drivers license to go get my parents, which i don’t have. they demanded my credit card. also don’t have one. that’s so rude.
they made it out like i was a huge liar, pretending like i didn’t hear! i felt completely bullied, and i ended up being the one apologizing, but i realize that it wasn’t my fault. if they’re a business, they should make it clear that getting both the top and bottom threaded once would cost money, but apparently, this time, getting the top of one eyebrow was the trial. last time some nice ladies gave me and my friend a free trial, like many other booths at the mall.
i ended up paying them only 8 dollars, because there was nothing else to do, but they really had to bully and keep me there.

I needed to have my eyebrows threaded for an event and I came across this threading bar in the mall and took a chance. The first thing the girl asked me is if I wanted to get a membership. If I declined the first time, don’t keep asking. That was a tad bit annoying but I got over it and explained to her what I wanted. She took her time, the whole process took about 15 minutes and I was happy with the end result. The girl had some other guy finish off my brows which i was a bit hesitant but all went well. Eyebrow threading is a bit more costly than other places $ 15 here versus $ 10 everywhere else I’ve been. The man asked me if I wanted a membership and had whole rant how I would save so much money. I just gave him the cash, and patiently waited for my change. Kind of unorganized when they didn’t have single bills in the register and he had to give me change with money straight from his wallet.
Overall not bad. Other than being bothersome about joining their 3 month membership for $ 50 and not having enough money in the register, they did alright. Will I be back? Only if I’m in Stoneridge and need threading services, plenty of other places nearby with the same or better results and cheaper in cost.

I have been threading my eyebrows with them for the last 2 years and I’m satisfied with the service they provide. I think their membership program is great.

I have been a member and getting my brow and upper lip threaded on a regular basis for the past 6 months. For the most part, it was a nice experience. There were times when I would get a nick or two, but nothing really serious to feel like it wasn’t worth it. On my most recent experience, however, it has changed my mind to not want to go back. I think it’s because of their growing popularity and increase of newly hired employees, while sitting in the chair, I overheard two of the workers commenting how her past customer started yelling at her because she accidentally took off the wrong line in her eyebrow and nearly threaded her completely bare! I was happy at least I did not have that worker. This 2^nd worker, however, was so slow and kept going back multiple times, trying to get the same single hair. While I appreciate detail-​oriented, it took close to 30 minutes for my brow alone! When she was done, she made a comment saying I had sensitive skin. I said it wasn’t too bad since I’ve never received a reaction before. I did notice some stinging when she was putting the calming liquid on my brow, and then thought it was weird she didn’t let me see the brows with her mirror. When I left and had a chance to see them, both my eyelids were bleeding! She had basically given me multiple «thread-​burns» on each eye and they were dripping down blood! It hurt so badly and I was tempted to go to report to the manager. Over the next couple days, it has scabbed over. I’ve also had to tweeze stray hairs left when I got home. I’m but I’m not sure even with my membership that I will return. The quality of work is always iffy with so many new workers, the wait time is really long, and when you’re in the chair, who knows how it will turn out now. It was very disappointing. From the time when I first started my membership and going back in December 2011, it has changed drastically. It used to be very quality work done by the manager and you know it will be great looking after. Now, it’s always a gamble of who it will turn out and I’m not sure it’s worth it anymore.
