Dr. Jerry and Dr. Robert are completely amazing. I learned about them at the Castro Valley Eden Area Chamber of Commerce «2015 Spring Business Fling» where they conducted a free examination of your neck on the spot and offered a free consultation in their office. The free consolidation in the office was very professional and filled with health education. Due to their knowledge and professionalism, I decide to continue working with them and purchase a package of treatments. It’s now been a year and I am feeling better, moving better, and experiencing very little back pain. They are definitely worth the investment of time and money.

I have been suffering from plantar fascitis FOR almost 4 years to a point that it started to affect my work. My work requires a lot of walking and I started to limp and having severe leg cramps at night and can’t even place my bare feet on the floor. My doctor told me to stretch which I had. like every 10 mins at work
I tried icing and everything but never got better. Also I had to take ibuprophen every 6 hours. I hate taking pain meds because it upsets my stomach and also makes me groggy. I was told because of aging. I could not run like I used to.
I bumped into Intero booth at a gym one day. And started my first treatment. Found out that because of my scoliosis, my spine not only not aligned but also my uneven hip alignment causes all these. After 2 to 3 months of intense treatment, my pain not only relieved but now in control! Dr. Hsieh and his crew are awesome, very accomodating to my crazy schedule as a single mom with almost working a 2 full time jobs schedule. Now I am in maintenance mode and not rely on just ibuprophen anymore

When I entered Intero Chiropractic, I knew this place would be different. I was greeted immediately walking in the door, shown around the practice, and educated on what they do in great detail. They explained everything about how the body functions, how their technology works, and what it would take for my body to heal! The body needs to be free from nerve interference to heal ! Dr. Hsieh at intero is an intelligent and dedicated chiropractor. He practices a special kind of technique that focuses on finding the right bone to adjust so you can feel your best! The clinic is beautiful and has a relaxing vibe to it. I feel like it is Dr. Hsieh’s underlying goal is to help his patients get well as quickly as possible. I have been adjusted by him several times and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a solid and caring chiropractor for you or your family.

I suffered from back pain on and off nearly all my life as well as chronic insomnia, getting anywhere between 0 – 7 hours a night and usually averaging around 4 – 6 hours. I had so many headaches and didn’t know what to do. I was honestly skeptical about chiropractic care are first, but after seeing it have such a positive effect on my dear friend, Rita, she recommended it to me and I came.
It isn’t a one time fix for sure, but rather a commitment that is so SO worth it!!! Dr Jerry and his wife Kat have helped me so much. They are patient, joyful people who always answer my questions and listen to my concerns.
As for my health, though I am not 100% yet (I’ve been coming for a few months now), there are great improvements! I can sleep on my back now, my spinal degeneration (visible to the naked eye on the xrays!) Is improving and my back pains are so much less frequent and severe. I can sleep more, praise God, and my headaches that stopped me from doing work past 3 pm everyday are gone!!!

I met Dr. Jerry about two months ago in a non profit race event and him and Dr. Robert was there racing awareness about chiropractic care. I’ve had unimaginable headaches that I just chose to just endure because I can’t take pain pills coz I have allergies to it. I went to their clinic and got assessed right away (the staff are awesome btw) they are nicest (updates you all the time, works with your schedule, and the clinic itself is very clean and everything is well placed and organized. Dr. Jerry took the time on looking at my xrays and explained to me what my treatment plan would be. Today, I have not been getting any headaches at all and he was able to help me specially with my back issues. If you would want to have longterm positive results on your specific problems that you think Chiropractic might help, I highly recommend Dr. Jerry (Intero Chiropractic).

These folks set up a free station at the Pleasanton Double road race yesterday and worked on no doubt 100 or more different runners! Messaged and worked on my muscles plus my 11 year old road race champion as well. Guy who ran it was informed and very friendly. I highly recommend using them.

I have seen Dr. Jerry at Intero Chiropractic in Pleasanton, CA many times for my upper back and neck issues. He has helped me regain motion back in neck and upper back especially when playing baseball and softball for many years. The staff is very caring and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Jerry very highly as I would bring my family to him if I did not live in Lake Tahoe. Every time I head down to the Bay Area I make an effort to stop by because I know I need his specific Chiropractic care!

This place is such a great place to be. I always fill uplifted every single time I walk in. I come here with my three boys and they enjoy being here too. The doctors are very caring and the adjustments are gentle. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for hope. I’ve suffered from chronic headaches, and they have helped me out tremendously. I find that I even sleep better. When it comes to health, this is the place to be.

Full disclosure for this review: I am a personal friend of Jerry, but he cured my backpain and thus the review.
My back and neck problems started with an addiction to my laptop over the course of ten years, without using a proper ergonomic setup at home or at work. My posture got worse and it became harder to maintain good posture without consciously forcing my back to be straight.
When my back pain started in 2013, I began seeing Jerry when he was a chiropractic student at Life Chiropractic College West and performing adjustments during the direction of his professor. At the time, my symptoms included:
— when driving my car, my spine tingled whenever I shifted my weight in the car seat
— when taking shower, I felt sharp pains in my back whenever I bent over to grab soap
— at work, while sitting at my desk, my back would just plain hurt and annoy me all day
As a relatively athletic 26 year old male, this was a huge blow to my personal self-​image. I really shouldn’t be hurting like an 80 year old man when doing normal day-​to-​day stuff.
After a series of adjustments over the course of several weeks (which felt weird and made my back sore for a couple days), I could feel a significant reduction in pain in my back. Jerry also prescribed exercises that I needed to perform on my own to strengthen my core muscles and made sure that I got the right ergonomic equipment at work. The combination of back adjustments, exercises and setup of ergonomic equipment, completely removed my back pain after about 8 months of treatment. If you have a technical background, think of it as a exponential curve, with huge results in the beginning and continual, incremental optimization over time. It’s now 2015 and my back hasn’t hurt in 2 years.
I now see Jerry for overall holistic health at his chiropractice office in Pleasanton. He’s continued to adjust my back and my neck, for continual optimization (to take an analogy from engineering). The results that I see now is that it takes a lot less effort for me to maintain good posture over the course of a day. It’s actually more uncomfortable to slouch than to sit/​stand straight, and thus my new normal is to have good posture without thinking about it, instead of slouching as a rule and straightening up when I think about it.
I’m at the point in my treatment schedule where I’ll start seeing Jerry less and less, (from 2x a week in the beginning of treatment to once every two weeks at the end), until I won’t need to see him anymore.

This was my first chiropractic experience. Dr. Jerry helped me with my arms pain and numbness that my doc recommended on going Motrin. I was to the point where I couldn’t hold my baby nor do daily chores like light cooking. Pain continues all day at work where I barely can use the computer keyboard and mouse from day to day.
I really didn’t know what to expect from chiropractic but after about 3 weeks I was feeling better and can resume my daily activity again. Thanks so much for your help to regain my functionality. I’m now a believer in chiropractic.

Jerry has done some great work on my back. When I went for my first consultation, I saw my x-​rays and no other words were necessary — my spine and hips were definitely way out of alignment.
Jerry explained the work we could do to improve it, which included 52 visits each with minor adjustments and I found the price to be reasonable at about $ 2600. It has been 3 months now, and I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my overall health. Many aches and pains I had for some time have been alleviated. The visits are brief and I never wait more than 10 minutes once I check-​in. The adjustments are always easy, and every time I leave I feel better balanced, and so grateful I’ve started chiropractic adjustments.
Everyone in the office is very pleasant and considerate, and Jerry is very learned in his practice which evokes confidence in his patients.

It’s strange to me that I am the first negative review for this place, but I feel that this is important information to pass on to anyone considering going here, especially for the «free evaluation» that they market so heavily. Also, before anything else, I’d like to point out that at least one of the five-​star reviews here was written by an employee — I know this because she helped me at the front desk. In my profession, we are strictly prohibited from posting praise about our own company without disclosing that we are an employee. Evidently that transparency is not required at Intero.
Anyway, here’s the story — two individuals from Intero came to my workplace and did a short presentation about the importance of chiropractic care and how Intero practiced differently than most offices. That’s why they are getting two stars instead of one — the service that they are offering is valuable, and they definitely are different than most offices — my issue is with the bait and switch marketing tactics used, which I will elaborate on in a moment. These individuals then offered everyone in my office a «free evaluation» and scheduled our appointments there on the spot.
The day before my appointment, I received three calls to my cell phone within 5 minutes, a voicemail, and then a text message to confirm my appointment. Really? Three calls in a row while I’m at work? Just leave a message the first time like a normal office!
When I went to my appointment, the only part that was free was the nerve scan, which resulted in a chart with colors showing where I had more nerve pressure along my spine. The nerve pressure was in the exact places I expected it to be, so there was no new information given. The «free evaluation» does NOT include any sort of recommendations, a proposed treatment plan, or really anything whatsoever. In my book, that doesn’t really count as an evaluation or consultation or whatever you want to call it. It’s a nerve scan. Period.
In order to continue and actually receive a recommendation for treatment, you have to decide then and there if you want to pay for x-​rays and schedule a follow up appointment. It’s a typical bait and switch selling method, and I felt taken advantage of. I was walked up to the front desk and asked «how did you want to take care of this today?» Since I was being put on the spot, I was embarrassed and ended up paying for the x-​rays and returning for the follow up appointment.
The follow up appointment begins in a group setting, where the main doctor talks about success stories and asks for referrals — why are you asking for referrals when you haven’t successfully treated anyone in the room yet? I found that to be very strange. After the group section, I was called in for my individual results, and I explained that I felt the costs were not disclosed in a transparent manner, and that I felt taken advantage of. I left, and never even received so much as a phone call apologizing for the confusion. After having my phone blown up to confirm my appointment, I was surprised that no one reached out to attempt to rectify this situation, especially because I had discussed my feelings directly with one of the doctors.
Everyone else in my office cancelled their appointments after hearing about my experience and finding out that the evaluation was not really free. I would be very careful going here — make sure you ask questions and truly understand the costs before ever setting a foot in this office. And don’t believe all the five star reviews — who knows how many of them are from employees.

After several weeks with the nagging hip pain I learned about Intero Chiropractic. I decided to be evaluated after meeting with the staff & learning about their method of treatment. My X-​Rays showed that I have scoliosis, which explained why I was having the pain as well as other symptoms throughout my life
It’s almost 5 months now & my hip feels so much better & is improving each week. My other issues of headache & neck pain are pretty much gone!
The staff are friendly as well as efficient with the business side of the care .I’m so glad I took the time to check Into Intero! It has definitely made a big difference in how I feel every day!

Intero is an incredible place to come if you need chiropractic work done. The staff is so friendly and welcoming which is always a plus when coming to a new place. I love that they call you by name even when they have different people come in daily. One of the biggest things I enjoy is that they educate you on what the Dr. will be doing through your treatment, I learned a ton of things about my back that I never knew as far as how it effects so many other aspects of you body. The office is clean and well kept. I love that they have educational brochures that you can take home an read about things you have questions on. They also have a testimony wall which is amazing as you can see right in front of you that they help your body heal the way it needs to. They are by your side every step of the way and as most say «have your back» this saying fits so perfectly. Highly recommended place. Check them out! :)

Such an incredible Doctor! Dr. Jerry takes the time needed to find out what is going on. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and he is the one I trust the most. The staff is amazing and I would send my family to them! I cannot say enough good things about this team! That’s for the time and the constant attention to details!

Dr. Jerry Hsieh and his team is AMAZING.
What I like about Intero Chiropractic is that they do a lot to educate you about what chiropractic is and take time to explain how different spine abnormalities can contribute to various symptoms or ailments.
This is a very well-​designed office that feels friendly, warm, and comforting; they also have top-​notch equipment and a very friendly staff.
I’m sure glad that I took the X-​ray, and Dr. Jerry Hsieh’s expert analysis of it revealed concerning issues about my spine that I did not know even existed.
I am currently undergoing spinal adjustments/​treatments here, and have been doing so for almost half a year.
Chiropractic is one of those things that takes time – and even when the initial problematic symptoms go away, you should still continue with treatment to prevent a possible relapse and end up in a worse condition.

Dr Jerry’s got my back — literally.
I was first injured with Achilles Tendonitis and after a couple failed attempts at recovering with the podiatrist, I was referred to see Jerry.
Dr. Jerry was able to help me walk again, and this time properly! He was also able to point out issues I was having without me explaining to him that I was dealing with allergies, migraines, and back pain. He’s been helping me recover the structure of a normal spinal curve to help me function better and heal from the inside out. So if I walk into you, blame Dr Jerry because I couldn’t walk before.
I managed to hurt my lower back last weekend. I’m so glad that I’ve been seeing Dr Jerry because he was able to point out a partially herniated disk before I go on vacation next week! Would’ve been a rough trip. I’m actually on my way to follow up on how my back is doing since his adjustment yesterday. Yesterday, I could barely sit at my desk and work. Today, I can work without being limited by pain.
Experience at the office:
Dr Jerry and crew are very friendly and accommodating. The office is filled with top notch equipment for assessment and xrays and adjustments. They are very transparent about their services and costs ahead of time, unlike an experience I’ve had before. This matches their mentality to be out there to help those who are seeking a better way to get their health back rather than to money grab.
He takes insurance (if your insurance covers chiropractic) and FSA. It’s a great way to use your flexible spending. Think about it — if you’re willing to straighten your teeth with braces, you should be willing to get your spinal curve right so your neurological system can function properly.
