So here’s my story
I got married 2 weeks ago.
Just a month before my wedding, my fiancé and I decided that we want to get a prenuptial agreement valid for the first years of our marriage.
We found out that a lot of lawyer are not accepting to start the process in such a short time because they are afraid it won’t be finished on time. Therefore I got short answers and not much interest from the lawyers side to our sensitive situation.
Then I got a recommendations for James from a friend of mine that some how always find the best people out there for any job/​situation that need to be handled carefully and professionally.
James was very respectful listened to all my needs spend a long time explaining me about the process and what it requires that we will do if we want to succeed and get everything done on time.
James gave me a very fair price even though it was under time pressure and he wouldn’t take this jobs usually.
He made a great contract for us and the best thing is that he did his best to make sure that during the entire process (not a very romantic thing to do for a couple about to get married) we are staying loving and that the vibes are good and that we are feeling good about everything and doing the right and the smart thing to do.

Allowing my ex to fall delinquent on my home mortgage, the loss of over &100,000 to me on first house sale offer and failing to comply with a court order to uphold my medical insurance are just a few to mention. Before I write the review; I do not give anyone 5 stars in my reviews, I have very few reviews with 5 stars. To give 5 stars I must be emotionally happy and the experience with the circumstances surrounding an attorney are never pleasant. That said, 4 stars is as good as it gets!
You know how we always think that lawyers are sharks that want to take our money any way they can? Well, I was going through a legal separation with my ex, I had to find a lawyer and I found James White! Well let me tell you about James … he is nothing like the stereotype lawyer!
James is a skilled lawyer who got me everything I wanted in an agreement rather than dragging things to court. So even though he is not the stereotypical lawyer type, he is skilled and calmly and skillfully gets his clients taken care of.
What makes James White such a wonderful lawyer in my opinion? Well, he is a person! He cares and builds a relationship with his clients. He gave me the time to explain what I wanted, he gave me the time to explain the legal jargon I had no idea what it meant. He understood that I was going through a difficult time and helped me as a person to get a smooth least stressful environment in his office. He put up with my young child playing with his books and his belongings at times, because he too is a father and knows that the best way to deal with it is to just make me feel comfortable. I highly appreciated that.
He also gave me advise not just legal, but he gave me ideas on what to do next. I feel that James has become a friend as well as my lawyer.
James, makes sure that you are always in the know. What he is doing. What his plan is. How he plans to get me my rights and more. He never made me feel pressured to choose a certain course, he was honest and clear. He called me after hours if needed be. He followed up, he prepared with me, he tried to do even more than what I expected. But you know what is so great? He always did not overcharge me, he advised me when things could be done in a more economical way as not to spend the little money I had on his service. I don’t know if that doesn’t make him honest and trustworthy, I am not sure what is.
I trusted him immediately because he has this personality that makes you feel that you have someone to take care of you. During the agreement, I was willing to accept some things just to be done with the procedure and he advised me not to; he even told me that he insisted on adding a few things that would protect me.
