MD Laser Spa

Until today, I have never had Botox and fillers. I am over 60 and looking younger seems like a great idea. The Spa is fabulous! The staff were very polite and comforting and nurses were very professional and passionate about their work. The results are amazing. I also really like it that an actual plastic surgeon owns the Spa and also does procedures on site. I highly recommend MD Laser Spa.

I came in requesting a treatment for my arms. I made a long trip to come to this location based on the reviews. They refused to treat me and I even watched the esthetician leave knowing that I might need that person. Bad business and frankly rude.

Today was my fist láser hair removal! It is painful but Therese makes me feel soooooo comfortable that I will come back and do my 5 session! This place is wonderful :)

As women, we are always trying to improve our looks or change them because we get bored so quickly. I decided to go into MD Lazer Spa to get lip fillers to enhance the appearance and size of my lips and was really excited to get them done! The price was $ 550 and I got 1 syringe of juvaderm for them. I showed the doc a pic of what I wanted them to look like and he told me he could make that happen. My lips were swollen for the first couple hours then they went down to exactly how they looked before… I waited it out a week to see if any changes were gonna occur but nothing had transpired. Not only did my lips look the exact same after $ 550 but he left my lips super lumpy and gave no instruction what to do or what I should expect. Of course with my money spent on something I wanted results with, I decided to call and go back in a week later to discuss it with him and the lady Dianna at the front desk told me he would be giving me more. I went into the office and told him that my lips didn’t fill and that I wasn’t happy and that there wasn’t a difference and he begged to differ. He was outstandingly rude, argumentative and unprofessional with me going back and forth and continued to say «if you want fuller lips you’ll want to get another half of a syringe which is $ 250» after he had just told me most people only get 1 syringe… I showed him before and after pictures which looked the exact same and he didn’t care one bit. I was supposed to go in and get something else done that I had an appointment for a week after and I let him know that I’m not sure if I want to go back after not seeing any results with the money I had already paid him and didn’t feel it was necessary to put more money into it if there wasn’t even the slightest difference the first time around, and he went on to say «then you don’t need to come back» and exited the room with not another word… I cancelled my appointment and left in a horrible mood knowing I had just wasted my time and $ 550 out the door for no reason. I would not recommend coming here for anything just because the doctor is so rude & totally ripped me off and wasn’t willing to help in any way other than me giving him a couple hundred dollars to get more fillers when I didn’t see any results the first time… $ 550 is a lot of money to me and I would hate for somebody else to be so excited like I was to get something new done and then have no results. With that being said, the doctor was a complete jerk because I wouldn’t pay more money to get the results I should’ve gotten to begin with. This is very upsetting to me because I have numerous friends who have doctors in Walnut Creek & Blackhawk who do amazing jobs and I chose to come here because it was closer to home… Never again will I come back here, such a rip off and a very unpleasant experience

Best Facials I have ever had. Hands Down. Janet really knows how to treat the skin and will not recommend services or products just to earn a buck. She is very thorough and honest and I can’t tell you how much that means to me. I recommend her to anyone who would like to improve their skin or just get the most relaxing facial of your life! Very friendly office and staff. Love my visits here!

I have mixed feelings about this place!
The services are wonderful, however there has been a big turn over in personal and do not see much cohesiveness here.
The girls dress a bit too «going to a club» (ish) for my tastes, but does not hamper their performance.
Have has several appts rescheduled on me and I find that disappointing.
Lately, I also get the feeling that they are «a sales force» and not just a place to go and get services done.
Not sure I care for the new Business Manager, shes seems out of her element.
Step it up MD Spa … you were great a few years back, and MAYBE will be again some day … let’s hope soon.

Decided to stop by this shop on my way back from farmers market on a Sat morning and Amada Morales was super friendly and told me all about their services without being pushy. Decided to treat myself to some minor treatments for upcoming big birthday. RN Cindy Grounds was wonderful they also gave me complimentary make up session for «the big day». Love these gals and would highly recommend this team.

I have been going to MD spa for services for several years. I have always felt like the service I receive there is far above any expectations I have. This past weekend, I returned to MD Spa in order to get some red spider veins «zapped». I really had no idea what a difference it would make. First of all, the staff is always warm and welcoming — remembering little personal tidbits about my life. In addition, they are able to pinpoint what it is you are trying to «fix» and give you really honest feedback keeping expectations real. When i went in for these spider veins, Cindy was amazing. She is really warm and makes the procedure, which could be painful, pretty fun. She is honest and is able to be completely focused on the procedure she is doing. I think that they are able to individualize the treatments to your particular needs. Cindy, and Dr. Gray, have the utmost integrity in their work.

Saw Dr. Gray 5 years ago for botox and he talked me into a filler under my eyes and after he was done told me 3 thousand dollars!
He did not tell me how much this cost or how many vials he put in, I was shocked.
He also caused a black eye and I STILL have it 5 yrs later and people always ask how I got my black eye. His response, well yeah that can happen, like too bad! A good Dr. would apply pressure so there would be no bleeding under the tissues, not him, that would take too long, he is busy making bucks!
This was dishonest and taking advantage of a patient and I am an RN and should have known better, never again!
My best friend also had a horrible experience with him. He seems to just be worried about the money and not the patient.

I was a client last year for some Zerona treatments, 21 in all. I had fantastic results, losing 36″ total. My issues with this place were numerous. The biggest irritation was how rude the MD in this place was. I invested BIG $$ in his practice, but never once did he introduce himself, let alone say hello to me. The women that work here look like the «Housewives of Orange County». The place is poorly lit, the furnishing are dated, there is no parking, the staff forgets you in the treatment room, it’s messy, but the worst thing is that one of the gals told me that the MD didn’t like Zerona, but was only interested in Botox & Plastic Surgery.
This guy had the unmitigated gull to reprimand one of the staff outside the door where I was being treated. Geeze, what a total lack of professionalism. Now granted, I totally understand why he would have a «talk» with her, but at the very least, call her into your office & close the door.
To top that off, I was left standing in the street waiting for one of the gals to show up, she was 20 minutes late, I left. She would bring her kids in for dinner or play, running up and down the hallway playing ball right outside my door.
I could go on, but what’s the point… DON’T GO HERE unless you don’t mind being disrespected.

MD Laser Spa really has a lot to offer. The staff are extremely accommodating and skilled. I have gone in for the dermasweep and always leave there with my skin glowing, smooth and soft. If you are looking for a great facial, laser treatments or anything else to pamper yourself, this is the place to go.

Cindy is wonderful! We’ve been seeing her for laser hair removal for several months and are so impressed with her kindness, professional service, and her attention to detail. My girls have been so happy with her demeanor and are finally seeing results! We spent years at a mall chain spa that took our money and shut down without any notice. To make matters worse, their work was ineffective.
Thank goodness for Cindy and MD Laser Spa! They saved us. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Right near my office and quality pros who always help with beauty woes! Have done chem peel and IPL to get rid of the brown hormonal masking spots that cropped up after kids and hormonal changes. As I age I know I will need more advanced procedures to keep my girlish figure and fresh face! HAHA.
MD SPA will deliver great results and they always carry the best stuff OBAGI and Latisse and now Zerona… Dr Gray isn’t here all the time but the women all know just as much if not more than him about what you need to look your most fabulous. Prices are a bit higher than some places but the staff and location make it worth a bit extra. They really know what you need and don’t oversell you on anything. Go here if you need an ego boost to look even better than you do already. You can never be too rich… too thin… or too young looking for your age! LOL

I LUV this place. Dr. Gray and his staff are extremely caring and truly professional, experienced, genuine and listen to what you want. I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I go there for my services. You will never feel pressured to purchase anything. Their recommendations after my initial consultation was exactly what I was looking for and the results are amazing. Try them — you will NOT be disappointed.

I honestly don’t know how long I’ve been going to MD Laser Spa– maybe 5 years? I can’t attest to any of their injectables or invasive procedures. I love the Microdermabrasions and Jesser Peels! My skin glows for days afterwards!
The prices are fairly competitive in comparison to other places and they offer financing. The prices for their various skin creams, etc. seems a bit expensive though.
Tracy is the best! I’ve only been seeing her for a few months but am really happy with her so far. She always calls me a few days after my treatments to check in and make sure I am doing OK (I have sensitive skin and have had some bad experiences with other esteticians in the past). Her schedule is really flexible too, which makes scheduling appointments really easy.

I was walking by and visited their table at a street fair. Dr. Gray came out to greet people with his staff. I was chatting with his friendly staff, but was totally surprised at how rude he was. Our town has a very friendly atmosphere and this was a street fair on a beautiful evening. Dr. Gray’s office does not belong on our charming Main Street if he treats patients the way he did tonight. I would never go to a doctor with a bedside manner like that. He would clearly be annoyed at the smallest thing. His poor staff!

While I am hesitant to admit I’ve needed a place such as this, I have. Twice. The staff has always been helpful, and Dr. Gray is very nice. Overall I have been satisfied with the results, but when I wasn’t, Dr. Gray worked with me to make sure i got want I wanted.
Everyone makes you feel at ease, and (unfortunately) I will go back! Begone, time– I’ve got alternatives!
