In addition to single-​family homes, condos and PUD common interest developments, Principle has experience in more specialized management opportunities, such as tenancy in common, resort style/​active adult communities, high rise, commercial, below market rate, medical/​dental community and mixed use.

History

Established in 2015.

We started Principle after working in the property management industry for 12 years with both large and small companies. We found success in various aspects of each company, but thought if we could marry these different companies and their successful aspects we’d have not only an amazing management company for our clients but a great place to work as managers and consultants as well, and that is what we’ve done at Principle Association Management Inc.

Christina McCandless, CCAM, CMCA; President of Principle Association Management, Inc. — Christina has 12 years’ experience in Property and Association Management as well as Community Development. Customer Service is the most important aspect of Christina’s role with her communities, team members, and industry partners. Christina’s knowledge and capability to inspire those around her gives her staff the energy to constantly raise the bar. She is a true leader that believes in motivating those around her. Christina’s demand for integrity and follow through ensures that each association will receive the level of commitment and customer service they deserve.
