Sylvia has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, spanning both the private and public sectosr. Sylvia is an active member of Vistage, the world’s largest CEO membership organization. She is also the past President of the Association of Women in Computing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA.
