I got a flat tire when I was in the bay area, and I just needed to replace my tire.
I went to Big O Tires first and they didn’t have the tire I wanted. Across the street, there was Rynch Tire & Auto Center. So I came here, the gentleman who approached me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He basically said he can get any tire that same day.
It seemed like a good deal. So I basically dropped off my car, and he was able to get everything I needed by the end of the day. I felt like the price was reasonable, and I was surprised by the service. I feel like this place really steps it up a notch for quality service.

Been going there for years, mostly because Scott is the best service guy around. But recently, they have cross threaded one my tire lug stem for the 3^rd time and I have to pay $ 50 elsewhere to get it repaired. Because, you don’t discover it until someone else remove the tire and then have to break the bolt off to remove the tire — it hard to proof to them, except you know they were that last one to rotated the tires. So regrettably, no more oil changes and tire rotation at Rynck!

Came down for a free oil change offer for veterans on Veterans Day and will continue to come here after my experience. AWESOME staff. Helpful, friendly… great experience

Great service & honesty! Scott is by far the best guy I’ve ever dealt with at an automotive shop. He tells you exactly what you need without the bullshit. Be sure to see him to get taken care of the right way the first time! He’s got me as a customer for good!

We got a low air warning while visiting the Bay Area and it was Sunday. Closest opened place we can find was Walmart but alas their techs were all out sick today. We Unilocaled for another closest place and found Rynck tire. When we walked in, a nice gentleman with silvery hair in lean shape greeted us. He then asked us what brought us to the shop. When we explained, he noted the possible air changes due to changes in the environment and measured all four tires and explained what he was doings
Through and through it was a great experience. We didn’t get his name, but you will know him when you see him. Thanks, Rynck Tires!

My tire popped on I-​680. I called five places before finally getting this one, and they even put me in touch with the towing company directly. They were very accommodating and nice over the phone even though I have limited to no knowledge about cars. The other places kept asking me for an address and I didn’t know the house number on the I-​680. –_​_​_​– Other places also gave me ridiculously high quotes, so I wanted to shop around a bit.
Within an hour or so, the tow truck brought me here. T
Unfortunately, they didn’t have my tire in stock at the shop (my car has been discontinued). But fortunately, the warehouse did have one in stock (of the 10,000 tires they have). They called up three or four other warehouses, and this was literally the only one that had my tire. The fact that they even checked the other warehouses meant a lot to me.
Although I had to wait in the shop all day for the tire to arrive, they patiently waited with me and provided me with updated ETAs throughout the day. They also replaced the tire in minutes, even though it was about an hour past closing time. From my panicked phone call to me driving out of the parking lot seven hours later, I appreciated their great service. Hopefully, I won’t need to come back anytime soon. But if I end up needing anything for my discontinued car, and I happen to be in the area, I’ll definitely call these guys again.

Scott has helped my family for many years here at Rynck and has done a fantastic job. He has outstanding customer service and always looks out for our best interest/​deals for our cars. I will always come here for my car; can’t get any better!

I blew out a tire on I-​580 on my way to work, and as much fun as it was getting passed by everyone driving 50 mph on the donut I successfully attached, I also really wanted a new tire for my late-​night ride home, and I needed to be at work at the same time.
The GM took my call and even tried to steer me to a closer auto center at first, denying himself business — but they didn’t have my tire in stock, and he did. So, with 45 mins before I needed to get to work, I busted it to Pleasanton, and within 15 minutes they had my car jacked, tire replaced, and rim bent back into place more than enough to drive on. To top it off? They didn’t charge me for labor — or something. The bill was only $ 80, and that’s pretty much what a tire for my car costs.
Free soda, nice place to wait, friendly staff, and incredible service. These folks really saved my bacon!

I went there to change wheels. The job takes like 30 minutes to do but he asked me to leave the car there for 6 hrs. After about 2 hrs I get a call that he changed 3 wheels but the 4^th wheel would not come off. Two of the lug bolt are too tight to open and if use too much torque they may break and will cost extra to take them out. What a dirty scam! I asked him to just leave the wheel there and went to another mechanic and they had no issue taking wheel off, did not even mention any issue. RyNck is scam, stay away from these guys. Not worth one star.
