We relocated from SoCal to Pleasanton in 2008, and Tim was the listing agent on the home we purchased. As a licensed Realtor at the time, I had a great deal of interaction with Tim during the transaction, specifically with negotiations, disclosures, repairs, etc. I respected the way that Tim dutifully represented his clients, and managed to ensure the usual back and forth negotiations didn’t derail the momentum of the transaction.
