Whitemarsh Collision

AVOID !! this chop shop. Big MISTAKE taking Geico’s advice to let Whitemarsh fix the car. Had to return the car 3 times because of sloppy workmanship. Each time the GEICO appointed customer service guy was rude and unhelpful. I was even accused of trying to get them to fix something that was not accident related. In the end, after they had it for 2 months GEICO pulled it from Whitemarsh and allowed me to take it to another shop to be put right finally… A real body shop. Whitemarsh Collision is a rip off — using low cost poor quality parts, put together by unskilled laborers.

Took my mini van for repair on a dent and windshield replacement. Quick service and decent workmanship. I used Hertz rental and they came to pick me up and repair was done in timely manner as promised.
I would recommended!

They gave me excellent service took pride of the inside and outside of my car. Nothing but positive reviews for them highly recommended.

I paid a visit to Whitemarsh Collision after someone with a ginormous truck decided to take out the front right side of my car while it was parked in Ikea’s lot.
There was a bit of a wait to get my car in to be fixed because they had so many other appointments lined up but everything worked out great when I dropped my car off. The individual helping me assessed the damage, took photos, gave me an estimate, etc. I felt very reassured and confident leaving my car there for them to fix up.
When I got my car back a week later, it looked shiny, new and awesome. They even cleaned up my other foggy/​cloudy headlight so that it looked brand new again (without me asking).
With that said, I’ll actually be going back to Whitemarsh Collision fairly soon to get an estimate on my bumper which got banged up by some super rude lady while I was dead stopped at a red light.
Thank goodness for Whitemarsh Collision because clearly I have the best luck with cars, ever.

This review us for using their Geico express service. It was awesome! Took about 5 minutes to drop my car off and pickup the rental. The very next day I went back and dropped the rental off and picked my car up. Also painless.
They even cleaned my car, inside and out! Such courteous and professional people.

I will never let anyone else even look at my car! Honest, helpful and efficient shop.

So, an early winter trip to Vermont results in a fender bender, and I am directed here by my insurance company.
So, I get home from Whitemarsh Collision after being thoroughly impressed, the whole process took 9 minutes, including the rental car which was waiting for me. And I sit down to Unilocal it, and OH MY GOSH, Dave H., THE Unilocal GOD is the only other person to write a review on this place. Freaky. And cool.

Apparently some schmuck thought it’d be a good idea to back their SUV into my parked car’s hood. Never saw the person, just the results.
My insurance company directed me to Whitemarsh Collision, where they evaluated the damage. They said it wouldn’t take long, and they weren’t kidding: the whole process took less than 15 minutes. I wasn’t interrogated or made to feel untrustworthy. Ron, the adjuster, was courteous, did a walk-​around of my car, and went through the necessary paperwork with me.
Whitemarsh Collision turned around my car pretty quickly, dent-​free, and I was good to go again. No complaints here!
