Airport Mini Storage

Just moved all my stuff out so I can now safely write a review…
My wife and I had 2 units. We had been customers for 3 years. We had a billing issue and went in to clarify the mistake. After about 5 minutes the issue came down to them putting money in on my account as a credit. No big deal unless you remove the $ 40 in fees you tacked on. So after pointing out their error my wife was given 10 days to vacate! After pointing out that one of the day’s was a holiday the manager snidely remarked «fine I’ll add another day big mouth.»
They couldn’t be any less professional. The buildings are in poor shape. The «ventilation» system is completely inadequate. My unit on the second floor had a leak. The genius who painted the stairs (metal bulkhead) used black high gloss paint so they’re slick as grease when they are wet. The only security is office which has a ccTv camera.
If you choose to rent here bring your own light because lighting sucks.
If you choose to rent here there are other places which are cheaper. You’ll just have to drive there
