Not great, not awful. Pros: cheap, super nice and accommodating staff, free breakfast(basic bagels, fruit, etc), free wifi, microwave and fridge in the room, quality tv Cons: tiny tiny tiny shower, the room smelled a little funky, VERY outdated, ‘vistor information’ in the room was outdated by 3 years(I’d love to have gone to that advertised festival in 2012 if only I had a time machine), some rooms overlook the highway and are only a few yards away from the sidewalk with not an inch of privacy For $ 109 a night in June– it was as expected.

Nice, clean hotel! Staff was friendly. Appears to be family owned. Rooms were clean but a bit dated. Would definitely stay here again. A bit frustrating that there is no WiFi in the rooms though.

Passing through on the way to Cape Cod. Cute place. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast. I would stay again if needed.

The motel is actually in Manomet, just 6 minutes south of downtown Plymouth. This was a good stay and caused me to take a look at exactly what makes a good room, and this is as close as it gets for a basic room without the high costs of a fancy place, in our eyes, totally unnecessary. There are two story townhouses, and two wings full of rooms that remind you of a motel from the fifties, not a bad thing. Tom, the owner, waited up for us through 5:00 Province traffic delays, bless his heart, and knew exactly who we were, greeting us by first names, and went out of his way for whatever we needed. The room is large and roomy, comfy, two extra long beds, and hard enough for those spoiled by tempurpedic beds. The bathroom could have used some counter space, but the shower was heavenly. Hot water was instant, water pressure was glorious. Only one night stand stood between the two beds, but two chairs and a table were very handy. Extra blankets would have been nice, but all in all, it all we needed. We were there five nights, and would return if we are in the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights for work nearby. The place is sort of hard to find. It comes up quickly arond a corner. The room was decent. Bathroom was clean and neat as it should be. Clean, folded, unstained towels. The shower was a bit small and there wasn’t a tub option, at least in the room I was in. There was a working fridge and microwave. TV worked well. Beds were fairly comfortable but that might be my judgement. Clean sheets. Room had no smells or odors. Manager gives a «stern and strong» warning about smoking in the rooms. Free wifi in the lobby only. No wifi or internet connection in the rooms. There is a stop and shop supermarket across the street and a nice restaurant not to far away. I would stay here again based on the experience. Can’t tell you the value though as my company footed the bill.
