Had to write a review about here because Jake and the rest of the team here is awesome. Referred several friends here and they were all extremely happy. The reasons are as follows.
1. Professionalism — this is a big deal to me. I went to another PDR place nearby and few other places to get a quote on a Z4 and a 335 I had. One of the more reputable places around spent more time complaining about other shops, particularly Jake’s for the longest time. I took my car over there to see the difference, and the estimate that I was given was less than half of what the previous shop offered. I was skeptical at first because of the price difference, but WOW what he did to my cars was nothing short of a miracle. There were a few other bonus areas that were even added as he said it was easy to get to while he was fixing my car. Even after mentioning what the other shop had told me, Jake did NOT lose his cool and approached it like a professional should, with their work, not their mouths.
2. The work — awesome PDR. Sent friends that had quotes for thousands from body shops, get brought back to like-​new states without huge bills or time out. He also let you know when you needed to take it to a conventional body shop for repairs that were too extensive.
Honest guy with great skill and attention to detail. Really can’t ask for much more from a car business.
