History
Established in 2010.
La Cocina de Ana means «Ana’s Kitchen» in Spanish. All products are based on authentic recipes from the heart of Mexico (NOT Tex-Mex), and prepared the way you would eat them if you were to visit Mexico.

Business Owner
Ana is originally from Mexico and arrived in the USA in 1990 (Michigan) and moved to Minnesota in 1996 where she lives in Plymouth ever since. Ana has as five children and has always loved to cook and have friends around to share her culinary creations. Although her formulas are proprietary, she is more than happy to share them through the flavors and textures of her products sold at La Cocina de Ana.
