The business climate and winter weather seems to have driven the owner of this company to act as a collection agency. If you cant pay in 10 days cash, dont use these guys. They will call you daily for money after 20 days and refuse to deliver anything unless they have cash. Apparently they are in a negative financial position with their creditors. They will not have enough oil to meet their customers demands.

We’ve been getting our home heating oil friom Phinney for several years. We check prices online, and he’s always lowest.
They are also very reliable. It’s Christmas morning, and we woke up to no heat. They came out and cleaned out the furnace, and it’s working perfectly. He even left the furnace area cleaner than it was before.
We strongly recommend this firm.
