Very nice show room, but awful communication skills. Tried to get flooring from them, but have yet to receive a call back. Have a neighbor who had flooring done by them and was not happy with the installation. Tried contacting them to fix the problem, but they say they are too busy to fix the problem. She also received a bill from them with wrong carpet listed and they want payment, but will not correct the invoice.
