All Environmental Design

After calling numerous landscapers and contractors I finally decided to settle on these guys, and I’m glad I did. Andy was fast, efficient and didn’t «beat around the bush» when it came to detailed pricing.
I had irrigation system installed and timer set up within two days! They were fast, effective and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping work!

We could not be happier with what Nick, Andy, and all the guys at Environmental Designs were able to create in our outdoor space. From start to finish the entire crew was prompt, professional, accessible, and open to input. They brought a level of detail and knowledge to our project that made us feel very confident in the decision to go with them. Our water bill was already too high. That situation was aggravated when drought restrictions were imposed on us. It wasn’t a matter of «if,» it was a situation of «when» we could find a company trustworthy enough to solve our situation. Nobody wants to spend more money on their yard. Nobody wants to bring in complete strangers to take out grass, reconfigure sprinklers, install a drip-​system alternative, and put in plants and bark in the «hope» that the finished project will pass the water company’s inspection. After poring over a lot of options, we finally chose All Environmental Design. Nick and Andy met with us beforehand, took the time to listen to our aesthetic needs and cost concerns, and then came back with a yard redesign that was amazing. I even sent photographs to them that I’d found on the internet showing yards I liked and those I did not like. It all sounds very straightforward now but, back when we started, it was daunting. Andy was particularly good at showing us what the plants and trees he was suggesting would eventually look like as they grew in. He even discussed his color scheme for the yard (something we had not even considered before). Our yard project was quite large and All Environmental Design brought a crew big enough to handle the whole thing in the least amount of time. They were extremely friendly, very tidy (considering all the grass that was removed, the digging that had to take place, and the trees that had to be planted, etc.), and gave a lot of care after the job was completed. In fact, Nick has been particularly attentive to ensuring proper water coverage and replacement of the relatively few plants whose root systems did not initially take. As added bonuses to our project, All Environmental Design also put in some wonderful river rocks, a walking path, and even a meditation area. The real test came when the water company asked for before and after photographs and then came to the house to inspect the yard. We passed with flying colors and our drought-​tolerant rebate was approved! My experience with Nick from All Environmental Design was amazing. I chose to landscape my yard with drought resistant plants and couldn’t be happier! The yard is not only beautiful but I have already saved a ton of money on my water bill. Nick and his crew were courteous and always willing to answer my questions. Nick still comes by every couple of weeks to check on my plants and to alter the watering system if needed.
