Sooo… my battery died. Multiple sad deaths. In one day. Sigghhh… However! We jolted it to life and knowing that I will NOT be turning my car off until I get a new battery, I drove straight to AutoZone! Walking in, their store seemed busy with a constant flow of customers with just 3 – 4 workers. I was asked to wait aside until they finished with other customers just making a quick purchase before they check my battery to make sure it’s really DEAD. It was. Michael was SUPPPEER helpful! He came right over, popped open my hood, tested the life of the battery and told me he could replace it RIGHTAWAY! We decided it was and with a few clicks on the computer he found the correct replacement. He offered a few options for me to choose and recommended a good one. Within 15 minutes I was in and out and Michael kindly took my dead battery and put my new one. I was so appreciative! THANKSMIKE! GREAT service on my first trip to this AutoZone and a mindless girl like me definitely needed it to get my little car running again. :)

I was here earlier this spring. Needed to replace my windshield wiper blade before the rainy season. The guy who replaced it for me was pleasant and fast!

Worst customer service ever. I called to ask if they had a radio install kit in stock for my car and the person said they had many in stock you need to come in and match it up. I asked to please check for me to avoid the drive over but she would not do so. I ended up making the drive and the part was out of stock. A complete waste of my time. Every experience I had at this store was sub-par. The Kragen Orielly’s down the street is a much better auto store with friendlier and more helpful staff.
