Great customer service. Had to pick up several supplies for the business. I was given some great ideas and shown some pretty cool new items they got in. I will definitely be back !

Would give zero stars but it’s not possible and the girl working when I went in was nice. She gave me good customer service although she was mislead by the owners on what a good tattoo machine is. I came in looking for a rotary for my gf. I don’t know much about machines since I don’t tattoo but Not only did they not have the machine I wanted. «Bishop rotary» but she went on to tell me she was selling me the best machine they carry. After purchasing it since they didn’t have the bishop I wanted. I looked online only to find that I was sold junk. This place is only a supply store for beginner/​mediocre artist since all their machines are not good quality. She told me the machine was really good quality and they had really good prices. Yet I looked it up and it’s not at all what she said. She’s good at customer service but misinformed and not aware of what a good machine is. Returning soon to exchange this machine for gloves/​tubes or whatever they carry besides a machine. Cause all the machines in stock here are junk. No professional grade machines here to buy. I was willing to spend $ 400 on a good machine but just got convinced to buy junk for $ 65 found online for $ 20 or less. Not a good place to buy machines. Unless you’re a beginner. Yet if you’re a begginer you can find them online for $ 40 less since they’re China made. I won’t change my review until they provide me with a cash refund for deception on what I was sold. She said it was the best quality only to find out online it was the worst quality rotary available. I was embarrassed to give it to my gf for Christmas after finding this out since she works at a tattoo shop and knows and will be told the machine is trash/​paper weight. I shoulda stuck to my guns and just left and found a real shop that carried bishop and other professional quality machines. They need to step up their game and carry quality machines to cater to real artists. This shop is not worth the visit. Save your time.

I was told by my tattoo artist to get «tatwax» from them. I walked in and it was like the person had it in mind that I was going for that. Great service.

Today my husband and I came here to get some supplies. We told the woman with bright blue hair what we were going to do and she helped us pick out everything we need. I will definitely be coming back here. She was so nice and helpful. She explained how to put things together and what to do with the types of needles. We are trying a new tattoo removal with using a tattoo gun versus laser. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo supplies. Great service! We even got there at 3:30pm and left at 4:15pm. She didn’t try to rush us out of the door either. Thank you again.

The customer service was incredible. I am very grateful for their willingness to share their expertise with my boyfriend and I. We spoke to the owners wife and she was super patient and willing to answer our many questions. They tested all the equipment in front of us before selling it to make sure it works. The prices were great and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tattoo supplies.

This place was amazing! I called on a weekend around 3:30 and found out they closed at 4:00. They were our only hope after having a last minute tattoo request, and I knew it would take me at least ½ hour to get there. The girl I spoke with was extremely kind and assured me she would stay open till I arrived and was very patient and helpful when I did arrive at 4:15. Incredible customer service, and fantastic prices!
