Our system is highly automated, and the tenants are able to pay their rent on line with no additional fee. Also, they are able to put in work orders and view their payment history all at our website. As an owner you will enjoy easy to read monthly statements, and direct deposits of rent into your account. If your property needs a repair one of our on staff handymen or outside vendors will be able to get the job quickly and at a fair price.
History
Established in 2011.
I have been a licensed real estate broker for 18 years. I started out buying my own properties to rent in 1995. After 10 years of managing my own portfolio of properties, I was approached by a landlord to help him manage his condos. He had a tenant who was paying late every month. I was able to get the tenant to pay on time, and the property returned to profitability. That was the beginning of Help Me Rent, and that landlord is still my client today.
