Our certified medical providers and staff have years of experience in providing medical care with exceptional customer service. Mountain View has been providing emergency services in the local area for 40 years. Medical oversight is provided by residency trained and board certified Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine physicians. We treat a variety of ailments including:

Walked in and the girls in the front were amazing! They helped me right away. They answered all my dumb questions. Of course I had to ask some, but most of all they were laughing with me and were answering all my questions! I was comfortable right away! I’m definitely going to come back.

Today I went to Mountain View Urgent care with an earache and sinusitis. The facility is new and beautiful and Dr. Dang is wonderful and very knowledgable. The front office nurse was very nice and very helpful. I was in and out in 45 minutes including filling out new patient paperwork! Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to!

update I was given papers to get an X-​ray done and so I go and they won’t see me because there was no signature I’m in a lot of pain and now have to go to another urgent care where I can hopefully get answers The staff here were so nice to me and the Dr or NP (not sure if she was a dr or nurse practitioner) was great! Although she didn’t know what was causing my problem I felt completely comfortable there. The place is clean and the waiting room is nice and big. I was in and out of there quick!

Dr. Dang is the bomb, very knowledgeable and informative.
A+ for cleanliness and service.
Minus 1 for the wait. There were only two parties ahead of me, yet I ended up being here for almost 3 hrs (including registration, wait to be admitted, wait to be seen, breathing treatment, and wait afterwards).

I hit my head on a tile floor while traveling near here, and went to MVUC a few days later after I didn’t stop feeling dizzy and nauseous. MVUC evaluated me for a concussion, gave me good treatment, and got me a medical note to help reschedule my flight the next day! The doctors and staff were professional, friendly, and there were no surprise costs. I wish there were more urgent care centers like this in the Bay Area as well.

I am very impressed with this urgent care. The staff was very friendly and professional and the doctor was very thorough and caring. I was there for a little over an hour which beats the 11 hours I’ve spent at the ER at Pomona Valley Hospital, and I feel that I received excellent care. I will definitely go here again when I need urgent care.

The urgent care gets 5 stars for their facility and care, but their billing department is what brings the rating down to 1 stars.
I paid cash for a visit + treatment at the time of services rendered; almost 1 year later I receive a bill for the visit and treatment for 5x the original amount I paid. When I called their billing department, someone named «Monique» said that I have to pay twice because I am paying for the facility charge as well a physicians charge which is tantamount to extortion.
It’s like buying a pizza for $ 5, then getting a bill 1yr later for $ 50 and expected to pay no matter what.

Another great experience at this Urgent care office. The office staff is super kind, the Doctor I have seen, Dr. Dang is really down to earth and spends time talking with you. It’s so unusual to get this kind of care, especially at an urgent care center. I’m beyond impressed.
This office is better ran than my personal doctor’s office.

A hidden gem. Hard to find quality urgent care, in all aspects, but this place has it all. From the warm greeting at the front desk, friendly smile brought back by the medical assistant, to the care received by the nurse practitioner, Mr. Dang. I’ve worked in the medical field myself for 26 years, and i can honestly say this is a great establishment. My family and I have found out urgent care

This place is great. I took my daughter here last night & the staff was so nice to us and my daughter loved them they also let her pick a piece of candy from the candy drawer lol. Dr. E is wonderful and so sweet she works very well with children along with the rest of the staff. The office is VERY CLEAN. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in search of a good one to go to. You won’t be disappointed I promise you.

This place is a hidden gem. They’re super friendly, clean, and efficient. I’ve been there a couple times and we’ve taken my daughter here too and we’ve always been in and out in record speed. I hope it always remains this way, as I would much rather come here than my regular doctor, since they’re that fast and convenient. They’ve always given me an awesome printout about the diagnosis, how to care for it, etc. Awesome. No billing issues here. I did receive an initial bills, but they took care of it behind the scenes with insurance, making it a super smooth process. Thank you!

I was very worried about walking into this place on a Sunday afternoon. I thought it would be packed full of people and would take hours to get to a Dr. But I was mistaken, it was empty and the girls at the front desk were very inviting, and efficient. Overall a great place to come for medical attention.

I was in and out in 35 mins. The PA was nice. The office is clean and spacious. Being sick is never fun, but at least this part wasn’t additional torture! I will definitely be going back there again if I need urgent care, and so will the rest of my family!

I would totally be willing to leave 5 stars, however their billing sucks. I called my insurance before going there, and they were covered. I paid my copay. I got a bill in the mail, dated 10÷30÷14. I have been on hold for over 20 min without talking to anyone. Why am I calling? Because my insurance sent them a check for my visit on 9÷26÷14 and my account has been paid, but their automated services does not show that still. As a family of 5, I cannot afford to deal with billing issues from any Dr. office.
Sure, nice clean office, nice staff, but it is not worth it for billing issues when they are paid.

Terrible, absolutely terrible experience. I went in for second degree burns, and somehow was prescribed eye drops?
Very confused as to how those two are mixed up. The doctor obviously needs more training in pharmaceuticals. Please, take my advice and never go here. Now I am tangled up in a mess of phone calls and unhappy Unilocal reviews.

I didn’t realize there was another Urgent Care facility near me until I Unilocaled and found Mountain View Urgent Care. I went in the weekend before Thanksgiving with a sore throat and earache. I was the first one in and the doctor took his time with me going over my symptoms to make sure he gave me the right treatment and not treat me for other symptoms that I did not display.
I was treated for a severe sinus infection and allergies, and was told if I did not improve in the next two days to go back or call the office. But there was no need, the medication treated my symptoms and my earache disappeared as well as my sore throat within a day.
They are very conscientious in their treatment of their patients. I was very pleased.
