This shop is a lifesaver for Cal Poly students. Earlier this morning, I ran across a screw somewhere on the way to campus and made it to the parking lot just in time for class. After class, I checked my tire pressure — 5 PSI! I always keep an air compressor in my trunk, so I pumped the tire back to life temporarily and found this shop on Unilocal.
Located just 2.5 miles away from campus, this is the go to shop for Cal Poly students and faculty. I came in near closing time and they accommodated in patching my tire, despite being busy with other vehicles. I have morning classes tomorrow so I needed my tire patched ASAP. The staff in this shop was extremely helpful and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future! Note they do specialize primarily in European vehicles. I drive a Japanese car but despite this, I highly recommend this shop! Professional, courteous, and helpful all the way around. Thanks so much!

Wow … this place is unbelievably friendly, customer focused, efficient, professional and low cost! Had a flat tire (Audi A7), Raquelle answered the phone right away and in a matter of minutes gave me options as far as replacement tires. She offered one with a 60,000 mile tread wear rating for an unbelievably low price. I decided to order 4 and replace all 4. Tires arrived the next business day and Raquelle called to notify me. I showed up the same day, (no appointment needed) and to my surprise the car was already done by the time I returned from a short walk to the nearby University Square (where I also discovered a gem of an eatery called Cha for Tea). Tires were installed, wheels balanced, TPMS set and I love the hanndling of my A7 with these tires. I highly recommend Nitrous Garage to anyone that appreciates exceptional customer service.

Took my 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan here with a very rough idea of what kind of wheels I wanted. Rockell was very knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the way, down to what sizes, widths and finishes would look best on my lowered car and what offsets would sit the most flush with the fender. I couldn’t decide if I wanted a staggered setup or a square setup and she advised me on which way she recommended based on cost vs benefit. She gave me quotes for both options for a particular wheel but then I decided on a different design, same brand. Rockell was very accommodating and got them ordered. Unfortunately, they were ordered on a Thursday and would not come in until Friday evening. She already had a full day booked on Saturday but had one of her installers come in early, before business hours, just to throw the wheels and tires on my car. This kind of service is rare nowadays so I will definitely be back when it is time to get wheels for my other cars. They also do road force balancing here so that is a huge plus. Came here last week to get set of rims and tires. I drove from Laguna beach to this place in Pomona which was a long haul however was completely worth the drive. Oddly I was not looking for a set of rims and tires but I signed on to Craigslist and saw the set just by luck. I called the next day for an hour and the number had a busy tone. So I decided to email them and the lady that works there called me back within minutes. I guess I ended up calling the wrong number the whole time. But it was meant to be because I bought the set sight unseen on the phone. Came a couple days later.
They installed the new set and bought my old set. Was hoping for a little more money BUT they deserve to make money off my rims and tires (tires being brand new on mine) they bought from me. They are very knowledgeable super nice and sold me a PERFECT set for my car. They even noticed the last jerk that sold me new tires put the wrong size on the rear of my car. I have 4 cars in total (all very nice high end vehicles) and this place will be taking care of my tires for now on. TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE. got a set of 20 inch wheels for my BMW GT which is for 7 series too. My car looks so much better. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me last Thursday !!! I’ll be back.

One of the best tire shops in the game. The professionalism is 2^nd to none. Came in on a Saturday and was in and out. Place gets really busy, which is a good sign for quality and loyalty. They work with all kids of budgets. This is my second trip with a different car and I will definitely be back.

I had installed new aftermarket wheels and tires on my Mustang Shelby Gt at Sears Auto Center (SAC) in Montclair, since I bought my tires there. After fixing an issue with the SAC (they scratched 3 or my brand new wheels at installation) I went to a different SAC, this time in Ontario to check my tire balancing. My vehicle’s steering wheels was vibrating from around 47 – 62 mph. The SAC in Ontario told me that I probably had a bad rim, whether is a manufacturing defect or it got damaged while driving. I had been babied the tires since I installed them, heck they cost me and arm and a leg!!! They tried to do their best, and the tech told me that he repositioned the machine and got a much better performance. Once done, he said I shouldn’t feel anything. By the way, everybody at that location was super professional, friendly and were definitely trying their best. Once I take the car for a spin, the vibration started after 44 – 70 mph. It had also gotten worst!!!
So I tell the wife that I would try a different place that can do Road Force Balancing, and if they told me the same thing, then I would contact the manufacturer. For those not familiar with this method, it basically has a roller pushing against the tire at a force of 1400 lbs or so, mimicking the tire rolling on the road. This type of balancing can measure various forces that a regular balancing machine cannot check for. So I had seen this place here in Unilocal and they have pretty good reviews. I also checked through Hunter’s website (Tire Balancing Machine manufacturer) and they showed Nitrous Garage owned one of this.
I called this place at an early morning and a lovely lady gave me pricing and told me she could take my car at that time. Unfortunately I had to run some errands and did not arrive ’til 11:00am. They had a few more cars, but said they could work on my car in about 20 minutes. I had to be at work at 1:15pm, so I told her that as long as I could get my car back at around 12:30pm, I would be fine. After waiting in the cozy couch at the waiting room for 10 minutes, I saw a gentleman getting on my car. After About an hour wait, the lady explains that the balancing of the tires turn out perfect, and the problem with vibration was due to not having hub centric wheels (the center bore /​hole of the rim does not match the size of the hub bore, leaving a gap in between). At that time I remembered that after searching thought many wheel manufacturers and styles I forgot about checking the bore size and getting rings.
So she tells me that since they do not specialize in my type of vehicle, they did not have the exact size rings in stock, but they installed some that with minor adjustment they would work great. At that point I’m thinking how much more was it going to be. Surprise, surprise… not a single extra penny. That’s what I’m talking about!!!
The gentleman, Greg, brings my car back and goes over the same explanation, and tells me that I might still feel a little vibration, but minimal. Also, he tells me that the rim is definitely not defective, and that the tire and rim combo are working amazing on the machine. Also, that the balancing on my tires was wayyyyy off. Therefore, the hub bore difference was the only issue. This is the difference when a shop knows what they are doing and think about the other factors that would affect the issue, instead of assuming stuff.
As I drive my car back home and then to work, I immediately noticed the difference. I could barely feel a vibration on my steering wheel compared to the shaking it was doing before.
I definitely recommend this place!!! Super friendly and professional staff. Even the lady and the entrance that I bothered to ask her about were the office was, greeted me with a huge smile and lead me there.
They specialize in european vehicles and they have a huge selection of wheels (which I got a glimpse of when I was going to the office), but they would work on any kind of car.

The only place I’ll go for my tires and wheels.
Their service is great. And they know what they’re talking about and what they are doing.
Only went to balance all my tires and to change 2 of them. Not only do they do such a good job, they also put put 4 brand new valve stem caps on my bmw. Free!

Found great price on Stance SC-​5 machined black wheels for my white BMW 3 series. It was a great experience because they have techs that know what fits your car and give advice if you have made modifications to your ride. It was a very quick experience, I was shown the gallery of stance sc-​5 wheels on another 3 series and I knew these were the ones for my ride. It made my decision easy because I knew how the wheels would look on my 3 series. The shop is very clean, one thing that surprised me is that they take trade ins on your stock wheels. Now only that, they can even powder coat your wheels if you decide you want a different look down the road. They made sure my wheels were balanced so I would have a smooth ride, that is what I call great customer service and I look forward to working with them again sometime in the future.

I recently took my BMW 5 series here to buy tires and mount my wheels and worked with a guy named Greg. To say the least, I was very impressed with greg’s level of customer service as well as his knowledge on wheels. He helped me pick tire sizes and had everything ready within one day. They work quickly and efficiently… I was able to come during my lunch to mount my wheels and tires and make it back on time to get back to work. Unfortunately i have had to go back a couple times because someone vandalized my wheels but they were able to repair the damage done at no cost as well as give me a spare wheel to use in the meantime. The spares they use are actually the stock wheel of your cars make and model. The tire prices are really good… I spent about half on low profile tires than I would have at another place like an American tire center. They have won a customer for life. One thing… Their work station is closed off so you’re not going to be able to watch them work on your car… But I haven’t had any problems with them at all.

Great experience at this wheel tire specialty shop. It was a lucky find for me when I needed bent wheels repaired. Greg was very helpful, so much so, I was willing to drive from Irvine, to Pomona to have them work on the wheels. They are very reasonable in price (hard to find, which is what makes them special, most shops charge as much as they can, and calls it business, sad!!) It is considered a jewel, and real find in the SoCal area. They have very reasonable prices, professional staff doing professional work, friendly. They’ve repaired a total of 8 wheels now for me, along with tire purchases for Mercedes. Greg is very knowledgeable about tire and wheel combination, by far better than most including America’s Tire company for sure. Greg and Rockell run the shop down there. Keep up the good work, and I’ll keep sending business your way.

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 3 years for our wheels and tires. They specialize in luxury vehicles. I drive a ’15 BMW 535 and she drives a ’13 BMW X5… They always customize our center caps with the BMW emblem. The owner, Mark, takes care of us every time we’re there. Excellent pricing and more importantly a knowledgeable staff that will ensure the wheels/​tires are properly installed. No issues at all here! Highly recommended!

I have nothing but great things to say about this Nitrous Garage. I had purchased my BMW e82 last August and decided to change out the wheels. After an extensive search I decided to go with Nitrous Garage.
They were extremely knowledgeable and got me exactly what I wanted. I was very picky and they were able to accommodate. I told them what I wanted on a Saturday and by the next Saturday, they had been picked up and installed. The price was very reasonable and the installation was great.
I would definitely recommend getting all of your wheels here. I know I will.

Very courteous and extremely knowledgeable regarding aftermarket wheels. Our Maserati’s have a heavy ET Offset and need big brake clearance which other shops screw-​up. These guys know what they talking about and have good prices.

Great company. Very honest and knowledgeable. Greg provided detailed information on the possibilities available for my 2010 BMW 535i Gran Turismo. Price was excellent for the wheel and tire set I got. As a business professional, I appreciate upfront and hassle-​free negotiations. Greg was also able to make arrangements to ensure my wheels were ready a day before expected, since my work schedule changed and I had to travel sooner than anticipated. He went the extra TWO miles in my book. Overall, great company. I do not mind driving 1 hour to receive the quality of care to my car and customer service from this business. 2011 BMW 335 MSport /​19″ aftermarket CSL Wheels
Okay so kudos to Nitrous Garage — not only did they install my conti dws tires but straightened all four wheels (yes as it turns out four were damaged) AND they did for less than others were quoting me simply for the tires AND AND when it turned out that four of my wheels needed straightening vs the two that I told them over the phone the price remained the same AND AND AND I was in and out in less than 2hrs
But price aside — top touch customer service all around — couldnt be happier — would have expected to pay more but didnt have to /​Would not hesitate to recommend

Great selection of second hand European wheel and tire sets. They were able to work with me on getting a nice 20″ GL trade in rim and new Nexen NFera tires all while buying my existing 19″ rims and giving me a smoking deal. These guys are very knowledgeable about sizes and know how to recommend a better size to maximize performance. Mark runs a 5 star company.

Just bought wheels 2 weeks ago for my S550 and noticed that one of the wheels had a blemish also one TPMS sensor was not working. I called and spoke to Greg he not only took care of the wheel but also replaced the sensor with a new one and to top it off he noticed the tires mounted were not the proper size so he got me 4 new tires. I am very impressed by his professionalism and customer service and highly recommend them for any wheel or tire purchase. Thank you again and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I’ve been an automotive junkie for three decades and I’ve owned/​modified more than 40 cars in my life. Having worked on several automotive movies and having owned several race or show cars, I can tell you that finding a good shop is more rare than finding a wholesome woman in Southern California.
So when it came time to pick up some OE style wheels for my BMW 750, I searched around from many sources.
I came across Nitrous Garage’s EBay site and checked them out. Their ebay reviews were perfect.
After a brief conversation with Greg, I took a drive to go see them.
They took my old wheels in trade and for a few dollars more, I rolled out with a freshly restored set of 20 inch OE BMW wheels. They mounted and balanced the new wheels on the spot for me and I couldn’t be happier.
They have a huge selection and their prices are extremely reasonable.
I rate then five stars based on their service, attitude and pricing. You can do no better than Nitrous Garage.
