Sapna Patel, MD

We first met Dr. Patel at the hospital just a day after my first daughter was born. We have been taking our little girl to her ever since (over a year) and have been absolutely satisfied with her expertise, knowledge, honesty, kindness, work ethic etc. I could go on. I 100% trust her judgement when it comes to the care and well being of my daughter. You can tell she genuinely cares for ALL of the children she sees as if they were her own. Also, aside from doctor visits, I have called with questions on several occasions and she has not failed to return my call within the day or even the hour.

We switched to her from a Dr in Rancho, They do an awesome job at getting us in if my son Calixto suddenly comes down with something. I personally have had no issues with wait time and Dr. Patel is very kind and patient! more importantly I feel comfortable asking her tons of questions and very comfortable with her judgement & not to mention my son loves her and the nurses… at home he will ask to go to the Dr’s like it’s another fun place to visit lol and quite frankly to me as a mom those things are more important to me then yes the tight parking and Slightly smaller waiting room. The only thing I would change is I wish she would write out her prescriptions vs her calling them in only because when she is super busy they don’t get to go in immediately. But still all in all she’s an Amazing Dr. She’s worth it! we love her and have no desire to switch

The best pediatrician ever! I love Dr. Patel and so do my kids Violet and Aiden, she is so sweet and really wants what’s best for your kids she makes you feel like family. She tells you what she’s thinks is best and together you guys decide what you feel comfortable with. some pediatricians just do whatever they want and want to shove antibiotics with trying other medicines or remedies first but she’s is different, she’s amazing and her staff is so friendly and kind! Love my kids pediatrician!

Where do I even begin? The staff is fantastic! Always helpful and happy. The facilities are super clean and up to date. Then there’s Dr. Patel… She is amazing! Not only the greatest pediatrician I’ve ever been to but I would even say the greatest doctor. She is so warm it’s as though I’m taking my son to see a family member. She takes time to answer any questions you may have and address any concerns you may have. A lot of doctors can come across as being condescending… Not Dr. Patel. She makes you comfortable and feel at ease. My son loves her and so do my boyfriend and I. If I could give her more stars then I would

My son is 2 months old and we absolutely love Dr. Patel. While in the hospital, she met with us several times. At our first meeting, she made it clear that she is all about quality over quantity and that is definitely the case in her work ethic.
She set the standards for her office from the beginning, and we appreciated that. She let us us know that because she is invested in each patient, her wait times may be longer than others.
Her staff is phenomenal. On several occasions my son has needed an immediate appointment and her staff has always been accommodating. The bedside manner and phone etiquette is great. The office is always clean.

Came here for the first time for an 8:00 am appointment and we were not seen by the doctor until 9:20 am. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Especially considering that this is a pediatric office and families are waiting this long with babies and children in tow. I was waiting with a newborn and toddler. Once the doctor finally decided to make an appearance, she spent a total of 4 minutes with us. This was a well baby check, and she did not even bother to check baby’s eyes, mouth, tummy, ears. She didn’t inquire about developmental milestones. For example, «is she lifting her head? Smiling?» etc. She listened to my daughter with the stethoscope, checked her leg/​hip movements, told me «she looks great» and was done! We waited 80 minutes for that? Then the doctor left the room and again we waited. Another 20 minutes for the nurse to come in and administer the shots. Actually, the nurse had me administer the oral vaccine which I found incredibly strange. Isn’t that her job? She didn’t even check whether I was doing it correctly. Upon leaving I asked for a copy of the immunizations my daughter had just received and was given a hand written note by the receptionist. Maybe I have been spoiled by Kaiser in the past, but the whole staff was very unprofessional. The rooms where patients are seen are dark, drab, sparse, and hot! The parking lot is tiny. They schedule approximately 4 – 5 patients to all come in at the same time which you can see when you sign in at the front. I would never ever bring my children back here again.

They relocated at 1920 N. Gary Ave. Pomona. Where there’s absolutely no where to park. There’s room for about 5 cars and 1 only spot for handicap. I’ve seen Dr. Patel for about 2 years ½ now and the wait wasn’t long at all. I use to love that besides Dr. Patel doing an incredible job with my oldest daughter. She is always sweet and patient she will always listen and ask questions. She’s never in a rush when she’s with a patient and for that I’ve always chose her over other pediatricians. But since they moved to the new location they have messed up my appointments, the wait is just way too long, expect to be here for about 2 hrs. Before I used to wait about 15m the most and be out in half an hour or 45min. now i spend 2 hrs here every time i come. They have made me appointments for physicals and shots and when i get there the staff asks me «i dont see why are you here for, the phisical is until next month» or things like that. Or i have a sick visit and they come in ready to put their shots (??) They use to call me in advance to schedule my babies shots and physicals now they seem lost. The medical assistants behind cant agree with the front desk girl. Its a mess. I guess they wanted to expand but with that patking lot ugh. Its a headache. One good thing is that they have next day appointments and Dr. Its amazing. But i decided to change doctors because of the wait and messy staff.

Dr Patel is an amazing pediatrician! I’m very happy she was included in the birth of my son. Being a first time mom, she was very detailed and patient in assisting me understand the care of a newborn. She’s always very open to answering any questions I have and never makes me feel like I am being rushed. She is very thorough with her examinations on my son and I couldn’t thank her more for everything she does for him. She is only a phone call away no matter what time of day, she actually really returns her messages if you need her for emergency advice.
My son is now a year old and we are still happily under her care.
I highly recommend her to all parents out there.

Awesome doctor and great bed side manners. I definitely recommend her especially to first time moms like myself. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. After she does her check up she actually ask me if I have any questions and answers all of them she will not rush in answering them either. She’s very professional and so is her staff.

Dr Patel is very proffessional… The office is very clean and modern. The wait is a bit long but well worth it.

Best doctor for my boys, been going here since my first son was born 2010. Loveeeeee Patel although the wait is long & current office is too small I won’t switch to anyone else because she is a great doctor. Her nurses are cool as well, very friendly.

In had a scheduled baby wellness appt. at 3 pm and my husband and I were in the waiting room til approx. 5 pm. The overall upkeep and cleanliness of the office was mediocre. We were escorted to a very cold exam room to wait for the doctor, which was another half hour wait. Dr. Patel was professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. We spoke to her approx. 20 min. before our appt. was over. I wouldn’t go back simply because of the wait, with a newborn was absolutely too long.
