These people have an ebay account where they sell random items, i ordered something from them, they shipped it without any signature confirmation, package was dumped in front of my apartment when I was not at home, and they did not want to help. Yes I am talking about T-​Motorsports, the address on my invoice is a match and this is where my payment went. I have a receipt to prove that this is the company responsible. They were not helpful and just brushed me off with «it shows delivered». My money is gone, i don’t have the item and these guys live happily ever after. Irresponsible. This is a reflection of your business.

I ordered 2 pairs of Kayak J racks from their site, tmshelmet on Ebay. They shipped the item out in the time specified on Ebay. The sets were received in rusty, marred and obviously used condition. One set had all its hardware scattered all over the bottom of the box. The other set had the hardware placed in used lunch type baggies. After numerous email exchanges demanding that they send me a return label and complete unused sets, all I got was the run around with them not addressing the issue. I desperately need the racks for a planned kayak trip, so I will need to use them. I asked Ebay to step in to resolve the issue, but they are as useless as a rubber crutch. Photos were sent to both T-​Motorsports and Ebay. I now have requested some type of refund but they no longer respond to my emails. About a year and a half ago I ordered 2 other sets of J racks from them and they came with missing hardware. If you look at their Ebay feedback and various other websites, you will find that I’m not the only one that has encountered this problem with them. Buyer Beware! It’s no wonder they have an «F» rating from the BBB.

I ordered a set of 2X Universal Bike Bicycle carrier roof mount racks for upright rooftop mounting on a Thule system on a Volvo XC70. The items were exactly as described and very well packaged to protect the contents. However, one of the rails was damaged, most likely by the manufacturer as the carton was intact and had additional protection on each end. I immediately notified T-​MortoSports of the problem and worked with their personnel to resolve the issue. Their response was quick, courteous and professional. My son now has a bike rack that, unlike the Thule on my XC90, does not require removing the front wheel. The racks were easy to assemble and came with complete instructions. It was an excellent e-​bay purchase experience at a good price and professional communications. *****

T MotorSports also sells on Ebay under tmshelmet. Their prices are indeed low. I needed a battery for a Honda 750 Nighthawk and was able to get a sealed gel battery for near $ 30 which I picked up to save on shipping costs.
If you decide to order and pick up at their warehouse to save shipping, note that the signage isn’t great. Their entrance is on the west side of the building. You wait in their lobby area where the receptionist will look up your order and have someone from the back bring it up.
My take is that they basically import all of their products and the folds that work the phones are not motorcycle or car people. So be prepared. Do your research and hopefully your purchase works out.

Bought a windshield for my Harley and rode all the way out here to pick it up. It didn’t fit. The brackets were far too small. Wouldn’t even have attached to Kawasaki… Receptionist didn’t care, just gave me my money back and ignored me otherwise. No Customer service. Crappy products. Great price though! :-/

The phone operators lie. I ordered a hitch carrier, and was told I could pick up in person TWICE. When I got there, I was told that the product I ordered was unavailable and no one was available to to do anything about it. They need to fire that receptionist! Don’t bother with these fools, they’ll waste your time and good luck if you actually need customer service.
