This UPS saved us! We needed to ship 12 plastic dancing props to Canada last minute, and this store made the process so easy. They carefully packed up all of our instruments, and ensured that they were well protected. The workers here are friendly and helpful! Thank you, Matt, Kayla and Bali.

I was really in a hurry to send out a 50 pound car part and when I entered the store, all the employees greeted me very nicely. They helped me find a box and even packed it for me at the store at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this location if you want fast, enjoyable, and efficient service.

I needed around 200 color copies for a presentation and when I walked in an employee by the name of Otto greeted me very kindly and helped me get the copies that i needed, he even showed me different types of paper that made my presentation look even more incredible.

I honestly feel bad for the employees at this location. The way the owner talks to them in front of customers is just unprofessional. I’d rather wait in the long lines at the post office, than to give this woman my business which she doesn’t deserve.

Post Office was cheaper and quicker even with the line. When I asked for the cheapest rate UPS quoted me $ 11 to send a medium bubble mailer. I just purchased the mailer went to the post office and sent it off for $ 2.54 first class including tracking.

I needed to send something international but I’ve never sent something out of the country before and wasn’t sure how to go about doing that. The associate working, Mikey, was pleasant and incredibly helpful in meeting my needs as a customer. I’ve received word from my friend receiving the package that they did in fact receive it safe and sound! Mikey made the experience easy and made me feel important as a customer. I will definitely be going to this location again for my future shipping needs!!!

I went in to this new location in pomona for some stamps on a Saturday and was greeted warmly by a nice young man named Mikey. He was very personable and courteous handling my transaction. While I regret that I missed her name, the manager also was very nice and I observed her extending an offer to the parking lot security, to use their bathroom whenever he needed. I was very impressed by my experience there and I will definitely bring any further subsequent business to this location. Its rare to get such good service and its much appreciated.

This is a brand-​new UPS store I found while Christmas shopping. I had an international letter to send out and I wasn’t quite sure on how to address my envelope to Italy. I decided to give them a shot even though I live in Rancho Cucamonga but as everyone knows at the post office in Rancho they’re not very pleasant. But in this new UPS store Mikey and employee was very knowledgeable. He helped me address the envelope properly and I have Heard from my relatives in Italy that they have received their Christmas cards so A big shout out to this new UPS store if you’re looking to ship packages or just a letter this is a great place to go. Thanks again Mikey for all your knowledge and help I will be a repeat customer.
