Ken is so helpful. These hearing aids have changed my life. I can hear raindrops on the roof, I didn’t know that the kiss sound that my husband would give me by my ear made a noise until now, I can hear the person talking to me in a crowded bar or concert, I can hear people behind me and what they are talking about. We tried a couple other places and they didn’t work at all for my hearing loss like these hearing aids do. He has a device that checks the hearing aids while they’re in your ear to test what you are hearing and adjust them… It’s amazing. Please don’t go anywhere else.

I can’t get over how great the service was! My grandmother and I were shopping in the mall and scheduled an appointment to have her hearing tested. They were able to get us in that day so we went shopping and came back. The owner Ken was so professional and he spent the time to make sure we understood the process and options. He even let her try the hearing aids on and wear them around the mall before we bought them! We felt fully informed and comfortable making a decision and left extremely satisfied! Now a few months later, my grandmother needed help with cleaning and he got us in right away! I can’t speak highly enough about this place and would recommend it to anyone!
