Alpha Impact Windows

Needed to get some windows replaced and this place had great pricing, friendly service, and overall my experience was good. Definitely will use them again.

I was referred to another who, after reviewing my requirements, came to the conclusion that what I wanted to do was not realistic. I appreciate the referral and the follow-​up should I need window replacement in the future I would not hesitate to call this company.

After cancelling our order due to delay after delay and a lack of follow-​up from the Sales Rep., we were contacted by the General Manager, Ben Solomon. He visited our home and explained the communications problem and apologized for not keeping in touch with us. Ben had a full refund check with him plus a small gift that eliminated all the hard feelings regarding Alpha. Should we need additional doors or windows, I would definitely give them another chance. The follow-​thru after the problem was excellent.

Alpha Windows is hands down the best company in South Florida for impact Windows and doors. My husband and I were looking for a company to install new Windows in our home. We received quotes from home depot, Lowe’s and multiple other small businesses, but choose Alpha Windows because the staff there knoe there product. It wasn’t about selling me the most expensive window possible, it was about selling me the best window for my home, that fits my budget and family needs. Richard was fantastic from start to finish. All our questions were answered by the co owner, Richard. He worked extremely hard to keep us within our budget. The Windows were delievered when they stated they would be, the job was completed BEFORE they stated it would be. Our furniture was covered. Their work area was cleaned after. It was absolutely the best decision we made to pick this company. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. For them their primary goal wasn’t about making a sale, it was about making sure we were happy from start to finish. Definitely pick them!

I saw the Alpha Office while I was stuck in traffic on the i95. I decided to give them a call because my window was broken and i only sparingly covered it up with my old and ugly shutters. Within 20 minutes i had an appointment set up for the afternoon with Ron. He was very nice and educated me about all of the things i needed to know about windows. After another meeting with him and Danny the owner in their office, I decided to go forward and replace also the rest of the windows in my house. And even if there won’t be another hurricane brushing over my neighborhood, i knew i would be protected from the next burglar. I decided to go with PGT, because i liked and still like their high quality. Shortly after the material had arrived, Joel came to install it. I was surprised at the detail they put into making sure that my job would go as smoothly as possible. They even had a manager come out to me. Thank God, everything worked out fine. Now I’m enjoying my new view :)
UPDATE: Some kid in my neighborhood tried to break in to my house and threw a rock onto one of my new windows. The glass had some cracks but did not fall apart. Well i gave alpha a call and they came out right away to replace. Such a good service, i love these guys!

While in Florida for pleasure, I also had to tend to some business. My parents have property there and since I was already going to be there, they had me look over some work getting done on their house. Alpha Windows and Doors came highly recommended by my cousin who also has a house around the area. My parents had their house outfitted with new windows.
Dealing with Alpha Windows and Doors was very easy in making the appointment and they installed the new windows professionally. In doing research for my parents and looking at other competitors, I found that this company is very well priced for their services. My parents were very happy with the impact resistant windows which make the house looking brand new. My parents were very satisfied with the outcome, which is good enough for me!
