Food is okay. Overpriced not top quality meats. The staff is awkward and sub par. The hosts can be down right awful. On several occasions I have been left standing waiting for the host to appear at the desk (5 – 10 minutes before being greeted). On one occasion I was told I was next to be seated only to have someone else walk up and say hi to the young male host who seated them before me saying I would have to wait just a while longer. The poor service makes this a poor choice. Don’t try to impress your guests/​dinner party by coming to this restaurant!

Went to Bragozzo and was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem situated inside the isle casino. Would definitely go back. The manager came over just to see if our meal was pleasant and service good and we even got a free dessert for booking our reservation on open table… the crème brûlée was HUGE and the ricotta cheesecake was deliciously creamy and good.

Tonight, for our friends birthday we went to Isle casino for a little fun along with dinner. Bragozzo Italian restaurant was clearly understaffed tonight because our service sucked. We waited probably 10 minutes before we even got a host to ask us about seating. He was busy running around trying to get tables cleaned off. Once seated, we waited again. Our waitress finally comes over. Very friendly, but throughout the evening she was absent.
I ordered the Rigatoni Carbonara, which I find out later (because I didn’t look when I ordered) that it was $ 16. Not a big deal if it had been more than a bowl of maybe 20 Rigatoni pastas and some cream sauce, peas and maybe 4 tiny pieces of pancetta. Hugely disappointing to say the least, and in my mind I was thinking this was a $ 10 dish. Later on our way home I find out that my meal (that probably cost the restaurant $ 3 to make) was $ 16. What a huge disappointment and extremely overpriced! At least give me some protein!
Once finished with dinner, it took forever for our waitress to clear our plates. Then when we got the check, it took our friend brining it up to someone to get it processed and someone else brought it back to our table. Not even our own waitress.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially since we were here for our friends birthday. This place gets a huge fail on service and not much better on the food for value. If you’re going to charge that much for food the least you can do is have exceptional service. Let me be clear. I don’t call this expensive, because I am willing to pay that for good food and service, I call this overpriced.

What a great surprise, went last nite to the Isles casino to see the new comedy show which was ok, one out of three was funny, played and lost had to pay for drinks!!! While playing? I say all this only to tell you I wasn’t expecting much of Italian dinner… It was great the only reason to return maybe also to see the horses. Room very upscale staff AAA, Ihad the small antipas fresh hi end ingredients, roast chicken served w escarole&beans and crispy roast pot. My best mate had chicken soup pronounced it great this from a true soupee, spagetti and meatballs, no bowling balls, just like Mom’s mine not hers. All the food get this $ 47.00. We eat all over looking for good Italian do ur self a favor try this place& let us know.
