What a pleasure to do business with this company and Ron the owner! Spoke to Ron on first call to company, explained job to him and scheduled appointment. Ron was right on time for our scheduled appointment. Gave me a fair quote for the work, and we scheduled a time to complete the work. Actually I ended up having to reschedule due to a last minute conflict, and no problem, Ron was able to reschedule me for the very next day. Once again, Ron was on time, did a great job and cleaned up after completion. I will only be using this company for any glass or mirror work I need in the future and will be recommending him to my friends as well.

Remodeling a bathroom; I had several estimates to replace a shower enclosure. Ron at Diversified glass was prompt, courteous, efficient and a consummate professional. All appointments were on time; pricing was quite reasonable. The quality of his work is unsurpassed. The work was performed correctly the first time. I would highly recommend Diversified for any glass or mirror needs.

Absolutely outstanding service. I recently moved into a condo that had bathroom mirrors in very bad shape. I thought replacing them would be a nightmare; one of them was 95 inches wide and wedged between walls. But on the recommendation of a friend, I called Diversified Glass and Mirror and discussed it, receiving assurance that it wouldn’t be a problem. I took that with a grain of salt – who wouldn’t? – but scheduled a time for Ron to come measure. He showed up on time, measured, and promised to have the mirrors replaced the next day. Today he and a co-​worker showed up on time, removed the old mirrors with no breakage, and installed the new mirrors, all within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly shocked. And all of this was at a very reasonable cost. I hope I never have to deal with this issue again, but if I do, I’m calling Diversified.

I had Diversified Glass and Mirror come and fix a window in my living room today. They were very professional, dependable, calls back really fast, clean, neat and made sure everything was vacuumed before they left. They are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have a window fixed. Definitely a great recommendation!!!

There is nothing but praise to be given to Ron regarding his work, timeliness, price, and courtesy. Last week I broke a mirror panel on a mirror wall. Ron called back immediately and would have come out the next morning if I wanted. It wasnt necessary so I waited until today. His price was less than half others quoted to me!
Thank goodness I checked Unilocal for mirror companies in my area and his had such great reviews. You can’t go wrong. Thanks Ron.

Large picture window with creeping crack getting worse by the day. Ron gave us the best estimate; several businesses never returned calls. He came by the next morning, on time! Replaced, sealed and cleaned, and was gone in very quick time. Saved us so much time, $$, and peace of mind the work was done right. Better call Ron!

Like Snoopy C., we too had a golfball come straight through our window. We called Ron and coordinated a time and day for him to come by. (He was really great about working around our busy schedules.) The tint matches perfectly with our other windows, he was quick, and cleaned up after the job was done. I definitely recommend him, and will use him again if we are unlucky enough to have another golfball go through our window. ;-)

I called around, researched online and honestly was a little anxious about removing my floor to ceiling mirrors. I chose Diversified and couldn’t have been more impressed with the professionalism. This isn’t like hiring a drywaller or painter where you know what to expect. I would hire these guys again in a second. You won’t be disappointed if you go with them.

Went to Unilocal for glass repair, saw all these glowing reviews except for one. I’m not sure why James J. had such a challenge, but my experience was exemplary. He came out earlier than was scheduled (He called first to make sure that was alright), he did the job in under half an hour, and he did the work in the rain! He’s 100% professional, and I would highly recommend Ron to anyone that needs glass work.

Ron was the fourth vendor I called and I got the same quote from another person, however I choose to go with him. He worked with my schedule made it there on time, removed the old and replaced it with new it maybe 45mins could have been less. I highly recommend this guy. Hope I never have to use him again but if ever I know who to call!!!

Needed a mirror replaced in my bathroom. Called Diversified, Ron came out removed my old mirror and measured for the new mirror. Two days later he was back, and completed the job. His work was fast, professional, and he is a nice guy too.

I called this company at 10pm on a Saturday and this guy came right over and completed the work in a few hours. He charged me a fee for being and emergency job and I was hesitant at first but it was worth it, he was friendly and very professional, the companies I called before him either didn’t pick up or charged horribly.
