I had been supporting this business for at least two years. I raved about the shop’s work and referred all of my family and friends to this business. The owner had always appeared to be kind. His work was good and his prices seemed fair. As result, I had made this my «go-​to» place for all of my computer repair needs.
The last time I’d patronized the business, however, the owner’s entire demeanor had changed. I am woman and there had been several other customers in the shop (all male) and the owner started speaking to me in a very cruel and condescending manner. He had begun yelling at me that my computer had dust between the keys and he held it up to show all of the other customers (who did not respond at all to this outburst. I was so humiliated. I had no idea where this rage was coming from. Unfortunately he had already begun (and was almost finished) working on my computer so I sucked it up, let him finish the work and I paid him. That day, however, I’d vowed never to step foot in this shop again — in this lifetime.
I am taking the time to write this review because I think that the owner should remember that ALL customers should be valued and treated with respect.
