Just Termites and Pest Solutions

I have just concluded an extremely stressful week of dealing with termites in a townhouse and Just Termites was the least of my problems. Just Termites was referred to me and I didn’t have any of the problems that other Unilocalers are describing. With that being said, I am keeping my fingers crossed that the little critters do not return, however that is what the warranty is for.
Just Termites employees called me each and every time prior to leaving the office/​warehouse to let me know the ETA to the house, even though we had a set appointment window. I really appreciated that because I wasn’t always at the house, I was running around getting boxes, packing up the house, moving, etc.
Every employee that I came into contact with introduced himself and said his title. So I always knew who I was dealing with and what was happening at the next step. This gave me a lot of peace of mind and to be quite honest, it showed that everyone communicated to each other and knew what was happening regarding my belongings and home. I rarely called the office through my entire experience. I think I spoke to the office only twice, and that was for scheduling.
I am sad to see that other reviewers didn’t have my same experience. Perhaps AJ and the guys are turning it around. But all i can say is everything ran very smoothly, thank goodness.

Horrible Service, I wish I had read the reviews, The never show up on Time, not even an apolagize, They trying to charge me for a service that I never had, They said I cant cancel bc I have a contract but the never do the job. Worse company ever

AJ and his staff are courteous and professional. They make you feel like part of the family! I use them in my personal home and work space!

I just saw the other reviews and I am thankful they did not show up at the time they said. They were supposed to come to do an estimate between 12 – 1. They didn’t show up and not even a call. Horrible customer service which is not surprising, and not even a call. Based on the reviews. I am glad they did not show up

I should have read these reviews before I signed up. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced. If I could give negative stars I would. The technicians don’t show up when they say they will and what they DONT tell you is that there is a cancellation fee if you decide to discontinue their horrible service. We have never stopped seeing bugs during the entire time we had their service and when we finally brought in Orkin is when we stopped seeing bugs. Not to mention their customer service is beyond rude. I have never dealt with a worse company. BEWARE of this service. Do yourself a favor and just don’t call them! There are way better services out there!

This company is truly awful. I wish I had read the reviews before signing a year contract with them. NOTHING but problems the entire time. The technicians show up when they want. Appointmemt times are meaningless. The worst is when I scheduled an appt from 1−3pm, and I come home at 11am to find a bill stuck in my door, and timestamped that he was there at 1pm. Unbelievable! I called the company to complain and they sent him back out at the scheduled time. I will give them 1 and only 1 positive and thats that their customer service department is very friendly. However, the technicians are so unbelievable horrible that I could never recommemd this company to anyone! The bugs always came back within a day or 2. The problems never went away. I jist got tired of calling them out and dealing woth the stress of tje technicians making their own schedule. Spend a few extra dollars to hire a different company, any company really. Its worth it! You’ll save yourself from a truly truly awful experience.

This company is HORRIBLE to do business with. I’ve had issue after issue with them for the year that I’ve been using them. The last straw came today when the technician came out to spray. We asked him to close all doors and gates behind himself so that our cats wouldn’t get out. Well not only did he leave one door open he also left both of our gates open. Now two of our three cats are missing somewhere in the neighborhood.
This is in addition to them roping me into a contract when I believed that I was only getting a one time service (my fault for not reading the fine print) and then signing me up for another year service totally without my knowledge and without me signing any contract which I only found out about when I called to complain about the original contract.
Now I have to write them a letter stating that I want to cancel my contract with them. UGH!
