After 15 minutes of sitting in my (running) car in back and not being given any other feedback other than «wait out back until we get some cars cleared out» (only one car in each bay) I left. I figured my «ten minute oil change» wasn’t going to be ten minutes, since I watched the car in front of me for fifteen not move. Note to staff: be honest, invite customers into lounge, not make them sit in the sun.

Today I went for the oil change and tire rotation. It was done correctly, fast and I was impressed with the friendliness and advise I got from both employees. I’ve been changing the oil here for the past 3 years and I’ve seen change of management many times. Last 2 times I got the same employees and both times were 100% over 100. Keep up the good work!!!

Made a quick stop here before heading to Ft. Lauderdale on my day off because I desperately needed an oil change. Very fast and friendly service by Justin! The waiting room is clean, cozy and warm on this ‘cold’ and rainy day in south Florida.

I bought a Prius a few months ago, and I love that car… but one thing that no one told me was that oil changes are super expensive. After putting it off for far too long, I finally bit the bullet and pulled in here to just get it done.
It’s now Valvoline, rather than Mobil… too bad, since I can’t use my Mobil card here anymore. I had no wait, and was given the option of staying in my car or going in their waiting room. I opted to stay in my car and just played on my iPad while they worked. I checked in on Unilocal and Foursquare, and was pleasantly surprised to find a check-​in special on Foursquare for $ 5 – 7 off your oil change (depending on which oil you choose). Since I have no choice but to get synthetic, I got $ 7 off… even though the guy helping me had NO idea what Foursquare was and had never seen the check-​in special before (I find that happens rather frequently with check-​in deals).
I was in and out of here really quickly, and got friendly service too. Even though I forked over $ 73 for an oil change (yes, that’s WITH the discount), it wasn’t any more expensive than any other place I checked out, and I didn’t have a super long wait like I would have had elsewhere. Can’t complain about that.

Had my oil changed here about 3,000 miles ago. I thought my car was running a little weird after that visit, but I brushed it off to paranoia. When I had my oil changed recently, they told me these people put the oil filter in backwards.
Really?!
They’re not really the cheapest in town, and obviously, not the most competent.

now Mobil one is back there ill have to go back always great service
