They are fast, courteous, they have a website too, that is easily navigated.
They are a Christian company which is fantastic for Christians looking to support each other. We aren’t, so it’s not what attracted us. A need for working headlights did, and that we got, at a great price. I like it when there’s not someone pushing me to get things I don’t need, and that I got.
Wide selection of all things JEEP. It may not be an EIS, but I’ll be a happy yet sweaty camper this summer.

This is an outstanding company. I have ordered through them several times and I have never been disappointed. Even when sending an email with a question I received a response the next morning, which gives you that small family business customer to client feel. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great service!!!

Juss Recieved my Floor Mats for My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherekee!!! Absolutely Love Em. Customer Service was Awesome. Originally ordered the wrong ones, but I was sent the correct ones immediately!!! Guys were really nice.

Yea I purchased a Jeep Wrangler door stabilizer and as soon as installed and tested it out it broke due to a PLASTIC piece and they won’t refund $ 32.00
Lesson learned you get what you pay for! But PayPal is handling it now.

I would give negative stars if I could. Google this place in jeep forums and read up. Place sucks big time! Sent me the wrong parts almost a week and a half late. I would never give them my business again. –5 stars

I received my order yesterday after ordering it late last week. The customer service department was superb and I can’t wait to replace my wife’s hardtop with her new safari top.

Christina Rahn, in customer service was helping me. She reached out to her supervisor (Ash Gavalah) who authorized giving me 3 day shipping instead of 5 day shipping. I GAVE YOU YET ANOTHER CHANCE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND AGAIN YOU FAILED!!! Let me explain to anyone that is thinking about ording through Morris4x4Center. I placed an order with Morris4x4Center a month ago and still haven’t received my items. Morris4x4Center attempted to charge my CC order 6 X the amount of the order almost $ 20k then they told me my order couldn’t go through because my CC company thought it was a fraudulent charge. I authorized a new amount for the oder because I removed an item (bumper) I processed the order on another CC because my AMEX thought that the company I placed the order with might be FRAUDULENT. I received an email with confirmation of the order and payment. 1 ½ weeks go by… nothing. I call to get a tracking number for my order. I talk to Ashley Murphy, she informs me that my order didn’t go through again. Apparently my address for my CC wouldn’t confirm within Morris4x4Center system. I (still patiently) get my CFO to get a hold of Ashley Murphy to wire the money. He wires the the funds for the second order which doesn’t include the bumper that I removed. I get another email confirming the order is complete. I wait… another 1 ½ weeks, NOTHING!!! I call back again, Christina Rahn, help me this time. She tells me that she would love to help me because she understands my frustration but needed a supervisors approval. Ash Gavalah her supervisor authorizes a 3 day shipping time as opposed to a 5 day shipping time. THANKS Ash YOU SUCK!!! I call to express that I am out of time. I gave myself a month to not drive my NEW JEEP and still waiting. I CALL CHRISTINA RAHN TO EXPRESS A BAD Morris4x4Center IS AND WANT TO TALK TO ASH. SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD AND THEN HANGS UP!!! I’VE CALLED BACL AND AM NOW ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR!!! WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD!!! Morris4x4Center IS THE WORST!!!

Nobody better than Morris 4×4 for Jeep parts and customization! I have purchased a Leveling Kit and Wheel Spacers and installed myself (actually with a ton of help from my Brother and Son!).
The customer service and sales team coaches you to the best products and delivery is fast and flawless. Pricing is great too!
Plus, I love their Christian values because they obviously live by them in the way they do business!
I will buy all my Jeep accessories here!

So far I am not very happy. I asked George at Morris 4X4 if they had an OME kit for my Jeep YJ. I broke my back in the Army and need a better ride. He told me that they did not have one but that they could put one together for me. After a few days he told me it was all set. I ordered it even though the price was higher than the competition because they are local. I am having it installed at Brandon’s Auto (who they recommended). Brandon called me and told me that they picked everything up and were ready to install the kit on my Jeep. I dropped the jeep off yesterday and today I get a phone call. They have installed what was purchased but it was not a full kit. The additional parts will be at least another 3 hours in labor.
Now I feel like I am being taken advantage of by one or both companies. I looked at the order and it does appear that at least one thing is missing. I guess that I should have expected to get a phone call like this half way through when I could no longer decide not to do the job. I’ll update after it is complete with the resolution if there is one.
UPDATE: The solution that was provided was to have Brandon’s Auto put USED parts on my Jeep and charge me for it. Morris did NOTHING to fix this situation. I’ve tried calling a few times after I found out this was the solution, George has not return my phone calls and the other staff tell me that he is the one that needs to address this.
Go to another stores page that has the kit you need exactly and order from them. I tried to support a local business and they screwed me over.

I have not visited the store, this is a review for Internet ordering.
I got a catalog from another Famous 4×4 Outfit and their shipping charges were like J.C. Whitney’s used to be (and may still be) in that they calculate shipping by the dollar amount of the order, instead of by weight and such. This seems pretty stupid.
I got a great price at Morris with free shipping. Granted, free shipping takes quite a long time, but if you’re not in a hurry it’s a great way to save some money and put it towards gasoline.
I did have a question about my order and they handled it promptly. Goods arrived on time, as ordered. No complaints. Good selection of parts, too.
