Extremely friendly, however they charge a premium, which I was OK with assuming I my documentation would be processed and that I receive my tags and registration ASAP. I submitted all paperwork and payment in full on the 10^th of February and didn’t received my plates until the 1^st. I will noted, the postal service has a part in this rating.

My FIRST and probably only bad Unilocal review I will write. WHY? Because never in my life have I been treated with such horrible customer service when I am not at fault. I went to this auto tag agency on the 15^th of July 2015 to have my tag and registration renewed. Paid a total of $ 71.95 that included a late fee charge and was told my registration would come by the beginning of next week to my mailing address. The women gave me a pink slip paper telling me «In case you happen to get pulled over because of your tag, you can show the cops this paper and it will excuse you from being ticketed until your registration comes in». I questioned her what she had just explained to me and she ASSURED me I was okay to drive having that pink slip…6 DAYS LATER I get a call from the same women name Candy telling me my paperwork was sent back due to unpaid toll violations. I IMMEDIATELY addressed the situation and paid off the tolls. She told me by the end of the week that I would receive my registration. registration never came and I called them on the 27^th questioning why I haven’t received my registration, she tells me «You’re going to hate me, you still have an unpaid toll and they sent back your paperwork again». I said you have to be freaking kidding me. AGAIN I called the MDX toll and took care of the charge WHICH they said there was never a hold on my registration for, because the tolls were recent from July. I asked them to forward the NW broward Auto Tag a confirmation and clearance of my payment (which they had asked for) so the process would speed up. LONG STORY SHORT, today the 31^st of July now, I get pulled over because of my expired tag. what do I do? Of course I show them the pink slip that excuses my expired tag, and to my surprise and UTMOST disbelief, the cop hands me a ticket of $ 129 for an expired tag and tells me that pink slip is to «keep me at ease» and it is not valid. I explained my situation and he assured me and EVEN SHOWED ME that I was not on their computer system for a valid tag. INFURIATED I called up the tag agency told them what just happened and the lady Candy tells me «The stupid clerk of courts doesn’t know how to read and they sent back your paperwork even though we sent out the right information». I asked to speak to the owner by the name of Pat and she tells me there is nothing they can do about it other than refund me and go somewhere else. She told me that it is «Up to the cops to decide whether to give you a ticket or not». SOO much more was said and I was finally given a number and hung up on when asking for alternate numbers as to whom they spoke with when exchanging my «paperwork». Needless to say I asked for a full refund back, to which she tells me would be around $ 50. I tell her absolutely NOT I paid much more than that, and she tells me to bring the receipt back for the refund… NEVER AGAIN. I’D RATHER WAIT IN LINE ALL DAY LONG FOR MY REGISTRATION AT THE COUNTY THAN DEAL WITH THIS 3RD PARTY AGENCY!
