This is one of my home courses that I try to play weekly. It’s close to my house and the staff does a pretty good job maintaining the course. The fairways and greens are always neatly manicured. For the money(off season) this is a pretty good value for the Oaks and Cypress courses. The pro shop staff is always friendly and it’s easy to make a tee time over the phone. There are memberships available to save some money if you frequent enough. There’s also a restaurant in the club house, I’ve eaten there before but it was nothing to write home about. It looks like maybe there’s a new chef on staff as they’re now advertising weekend brunch with Bloody Mary and Mimosa specials so maybe worth another try. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is mainly for the grounds staff that are either rude or don’t know any better. When golfer’s are near the greens the mowing needs to stop so there’s no mental or visual distractions. Also, they need to pay attention on the fairways for the same reasons.
