If you know what you want you need and don’t need to talk to anyone this place is fine.
However if you need to ask for any help or for that matter any questions about your project — good luck…
Service wise this not the worst Home Depot out there (those shining examples are in Miami ;-)), however on average I would have to say this one ranks lower than average.

Totally humiliation they would not give me my 10 percent military discount and no joke seemed happy about it. I showed my VA id like I always do (I shop at Home Depot a lot) And they said it did not show me a service connected. But how the hell else would I have the id. Also I’m a 29 year old that walks with a cane. It does not take a rocket scientist to put 2 and 2 together. They called me a liar and a fake in front of a bunch of people I can’t even begin to tell you how upset and embarrassed I am

Tis the season to shop for a tree. I’m a pretty picky Christmas tree shopper and I always break the rules… That shouldn’t surprise anyone… I always look for the nest in the tree which really isn’t fair because they say when you find a nest it is good luck looking for one in a tree is kind of good luck but to find it on your own and not look for it is really the way it should be. I came today because I have hemmed and hawed and really have not felt in the Christmas spirit this year. I lost my mom in 2012 and this year it’s kind of bothering me not having her with me in fact it hurts a lot because I really love my mom so I dragged my feet until today and broke down and bought a tree. I did get a 7 foot tree because I have vaulted ceilings that are about 10 feet high so I don’t want to try to look too small, last year I had an enormous 10 to 11 foot tree that I nearly broke my back on so this year I decided on a 7 foot tree and it’s easy to lift, I tried, so I won’t be killing myself putting it up or taking it down. My trees price was $ 36 which is amazing. I went to a different tree farm and their prices were nearly double that for the same tree. I’m not a cheap person and I never will be but I just cannot see spending so much money on something that I’m going to have up for a week or two and take it down and think that I spent a lot of money for just a tree. I wouldn’t let the gentleman that was helping me untie my tree because I want to see on my own if the tree has a nest in it (it didnt have a nest BUT it did have some kind of berries in it). My car smells delicious with the scent of pine which is one of my most favorite smells in the entire world I cannot wait to see my tree all decorated for the holidays and even if I’m feeling sad this year because I miss my mom. I guess seeing all of the ornaments that we gave each other throughout the years will make it better, I hope,
My recommendation, buy your tree here, they are fresh, not over priced and there is a good selection of small or large trees to choose from.

The Home Depot rental department here is awful. The Dept. manager seems to be hopelessly out of her league. There are no good procedures for storing and finding items put in for repair. They lost my pressure washer for two days. They had to scour their 4 storage areas because they had no record of which storage area it was in and even then the couldn’t find it because someone had laid a drop cloth on top of it

These employees need to be more customer service oriented. I came here as this is now the one closest to me and my wife but no one was willing to help us find any king size brackets. They ended up not having the brackets and directed us online but we approached 3 separate employees and they avoided us until we walked up to them. Also they do not give the veterans discount, watch as the employee will put it in, then remove it as mentioned by another reviewer. My father works at Home Depot and has told me I rate it but I’m traveling 30 or so miles for a discount that should be provided. The discount is given to Vets and active duty and is proven on my Florida drivers license and my veteran card they give once you are in the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR).

Very disappointed. I presented my VA card and they denied me my Veterans discount. I own a plumbing company which my employees spend on average $ 300.00 a day with Home Depot for parts. As of 06-​22-​2015 I will have a staff meeting and Home Depot will never see another dollar of my money again. So Dianne at the register just lost a lot of money for Home Depot. Can’t help stupid!!!

The wifi Internet is slower than a 3^rd world countries. Half the time it doesn’t work. They need to fix it ASAP.
