It’s really not good. Avg bar food at best. The tri tip was overcooked. The grilled Mac n cheese sandwich was just a grilled cheese with plain macaroni sprinkled inside. Chicken quesadilla was plain and tasted burnt.

Along with our neighbors, we took a family night outing to the food trucks… I am giving the Tip-​A-​Roo Truck three stars because my neighbor had a «Wrap A Roo» and said it was awesome. However, I got the Mac & Cheese sandwich, which was so salty it could have attracted a deer in the wild. It was definitely some good mac & cheese with extra sliced cheddar added, but someone must have accidently SALTED the sandwich after it came off the grill. Of course I ate it, I mean it was mac & cheese ;) Also, nice staff, and a really clean truck.

Delicious tried it out in cooper city on their food truck and was highly impressed can’t wait to eat again the meat was nice and juicy wasn’t too chewy but just right not sure about the Mac n cheese grilled cheese everything was overwhelming with that combo maybe some mac n cheese fried balls would be killer
