We specialize in creating an environment that keeps the body working and active while our participants have fun. We specialize in appreciating our members, making sure that they are happy and motivated to come to class every day. We take your goals seriously with our fitness assessments. Whether your goal is to lower your blood pressure or body fat, we meticulously track your progress and when necessary have one on one appointments to make sure you reach YOUR goals. To be perfectly honest, our specialty is you!

As far as exercise goes, we use many techniques including, boxing, stability ball training and weightlifting. From time to time, guest trainers will be brought in a spice up your workout and bring dance and yoga into the mix. An efficient body can work through and handle many forms of exertion and that’s what we give you.

History

Established in 2010.

Many people start fitness programs and join gyms looking to lose weight and only a few are successful. This is why people succeed.

1) They have a support system in and out of the gym (it is important to have friends and family outside of the gym that do what you do to keep you accountable your trainer isn’t watching you)

*You are around people that want to see you succeed. When co-​workers, spouses and other circles of influence fail you in terms of support, your BFF’s don’t.

2) They are competitive (Many people train in a lackadaisical manner while in 1-​on-​1 situations but as soon as there’s a contest, they REALLY work)

* We will have small competitions and we recognize those who have success. When you see Mary lose weight you will want to as well.

3) They are happy (Working out in the morning will be the best thing you ever did. You start your day off with YOU in mind. People love boxing because it allows them to blow off some steam and release stress.)

Meet the Manager

Philip S.

Manager

Philip combines his knowledge of fitness and gymnastics to create unique and challenging personalized programs geared specifically toward the goals of his client-​athletes. He believes in strength of body, strength of mind and strength of purpose. Strength comes from within and can be taught to anyone willing to make small lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health and wellness.

A former National Gymnastics Champion and junior Olympian who began his Gymnastics career at the age of six, Philip was the New Jersey State Champion by the age of 15. His Gymnastic career continued at Southern Connecticut State University where he achieved All-​American honors while attaining a degree in communications. He holds certifications in Gravity Training, Personal Training, Youth Fitness, USA gymnastics safety and CPR/​AED for the professional rescuer.

Philip is a member of NY Strength Fitness Professionals International and USA Gymnastics Coaches Association.
