Auto Body Service

USAA directed us to Auto Body Service after my car had been hit in a parking lot.
The staff was friendly and honest.
The building was very clean and the work they did was perfect in every way. They went above and beyond and the turn around time was quick.
I would highly recommend this company.

We never would have found this place had we not been in a car accident and needed a USAA-​approved repair shop to replace the front end of our SUV. Of course we wish the accident wouldn’t have happened, but since it did, we’re glad USAA sent us here.
The staff was always courteous and helpful, keeping us apprised of the repair status and letting us know when there were not-​their-​fault delays.
We also learned that they will go out of their way to try and fix a problem… and when they can’t fix it immediately, they still make things right… We had decided to get the hood repainted at our own cost (since it really needed it and they were painting the front end anyway). When we went to pick up the car, we were told the car was done minus one fog light light bulb (they had ordered a pair, and one came with the bulb and one didn’t) and they had driven all over town looking for it, and apparently no one in the state had one! They apologized profusely and said since they felt really really bad (they had already had the car an extra two days due to another ordering/​shipping error that wasn’t their fault), they ate the cost of painting the hood. That’s service.
I highly recommend this place, even if you aren’t with USAA.
