Universal Coney Island

You need a late night snack? You live in Pontiac? Come here. I’m amazed there’s so little reviews… Wait i know its because everyone’s messed up when they come here! Haha well its really good. Ask anybody, it is a go to. Open 24 hours! All the regular coney food plus more. I always get a Greek chicken salad. Anyways I’m just leaving this because there are so little reviews, even though I know hundred of people that love it. Literally has saved my life some times. So come here. Open all day. Friendly staff and prices are pretty good. I have been here like 30 times

I didnt like how the cooks went from touch meat then touch lettuce with no gloves. The service what service people behide glass and they dont serve you at your table. I also show a news report how they frunded many customers credit cards. People talk about how the play the total to get more more money out of you. So i wont be going there.

A friend and I were looking for a late night coney. After many attempts driving and searching we fell upon this diamond in the rough neighborhood of Pontiac
Food: The food was great. I had the ranch chicken wrap with chili fries. After we both took our first bite we looked at each other with complete shock it was not your typical run of the mill coney food we were eating, it was a wonderland of flavor, I fell in love with such boyish joy while eating
Environment: like I said earlier «diamond in the rough» and when you first walk in you will be presented with 2 in. plexiglass. I can assume that precaution was very appropriate, as the cliental did seem a little rugged. We where presented with no trouble at all while enjoying are meal
Service: The food came on time. Not to our table but you have to pick it up from a plexiglass swivel box. My meal was at first missing chili but quickly they fixed it
My overall experience was really good. It was great to get out of the niceness of the Rochester hills area and have a good time in this local dinner

One of my favorite places in Pontiac. I like the ladies who work there. Cool chicks. Only 4 stars because the last few times I have gone there my food was wrong. Either not what I ordered or just got the order wrong. But anytime I have had a problem they fix it quickly with no argument. I appreciate that.
