Bojangles’ Pooler

The staff here are young BUT very friendly and attentative. If something minor goes wrong they are still very polite and fix the problem. I’m glad I don’t get grief :) enjoyed my last two visit and thought these hard workers deserved some appreciation!

I was visiting my friend in Savannah, and she love fast food and fried food. So she swore Bojangles was a must, since we don’t have them in Pittsburgh.
I was pretty unimpressed. To start, the layout of the menu was very difficult to read and not very user-​friendly. For someone who has never been there before, it was overwhelming to try to choose something to eat because you literally don’t know where to look.
The chicken was pretty good. It was nice and moist. However, the biscuits were so salty that we couldn’t even eat them.
The service was super polite and friendly, which is the only reason I’d give it 3 stars over two. Otherwise, I’d generally avoid zany Bojangles in the future because the food really did nothing for me.
Although, it was exactly what I expected it to be.

This is your typical fast food place. The only difference is that they have two TVs on opposite walls.
The chicken is much better than KFC. It is crisp and moist on the inside with a bit of spice for a kick. I ate one piece and my better half had the rest. The fries weren’t good. Although judging by the taste I assume they had been under the hot lights for a good while.
I tried one of their Cinnamon Twist and it was horrible. When I bit into it I did taste cinnamon but the dough looked as though the batter wasn’t made properly, doughy. So that I tossed.
Big Cheers for them having Pepsi my favorite soda when I care to have one.

The food was great but the mediocre service took away from it. While ordering through the drive through, I could practically hear the woman’s attitude through the speaker. As I pulled up to the window, I was supposed to get my drink bit was confused by the setup. I pulled to the second window and the lady handed me my food without saying a word. Just sad, because they just opened and I had great expectations from them.

I enjoyed my visit to Bojangle’s to food was hot and good service awesome. I will be going back again and again :-)

This place is definitely as good as it gets. While it’s your standard chicken fare, they do so much more to keep you coming back. The service here is amazing and their food is beyond amazing.
I used to be from the north, so KFC used to always be our standard fare. While they are a great restaurant, Bojangles’ definitely blows them out of the water. I think their commitment to quality is far more superior and their food selection is amazing.
They also have a great breakfast selection that isn’t just chicken. You can get sausage and ham and a selection of others all day long. Definitely a place not only to go, but to keep going to.
