Bellelo’s Furniture & Appliances Inc

In November 2011, we purchased two leather recliner sofas and one matching reclining Love Seat for our new home. In late December, 2011, the reclining mechanism in one of the sofa’s would not close. We contacted Bellelo’s and were told someone would call us back. In January when we did not hear back we called again and were told that they would have someone return our call. After a couple of more attempts and after getting frustrated, we finally had a representative come to the house in February to look at the sofa. We were told that the sofa was defective and that a new mechanism had to be ordered and would be in in a week to 10 days. It is April 2, 2012 and I received a call today from the owner who said the part was in and that we could go and pick the part up and they would arrange someone to come and put the part in. We regret buying our furniture and appliances from Bellelo’s and will never buy from them again. By the way, the Stove we bought from them was originally delivered horribly crushed on the top front corner and not usable. It, on the other hand was replaced a week later!
