Negligent and unhelpful. Lost a package that never left the sorting facility, it’s now been a month trying to get a package that’s been there the entire time(they claim they’ve found it) returned to the shipper. This still has not actually happened. Update. After 2 months now that this case has been escalated on all fronts I get a phone call at 9pm. Miraculously for the 3rd time the package has been located. In their high value items vault. It took them 2 months to look for a missing watch in the high value locker? They must have been looking for it in the dog food and misplaced junk bin. I have never been met with such negligence and ineptitude. Ever. And it’s not over. I’ll believe it when it gets back to the shipper. Lying incompetent customer service. I’d be amazed if they chew gum and drive at the same time.

UPDATE: I recently ordered something from Amazon. I live in Baton Rouge, LA… it was delivered to CANTON, GA… the package came to the Port Allen, LA facility and was scanned in on 12⁄18. The package was never delivered to me. Today, 12⁄22 I receive an email saying my package was delivered… to the front door of a house in CANTON, GA… so…let’s recap… the package successfully made it to the correct hub(Port Allen, LA), where is was sent somewhere else(it had to be relabeled) and delivered to an unknown house… yep. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The UPS service here in Baton Rouge has simply been awful! On several occasions my package shows out for delivery and then mysteriously changes status to being sorted at the facility or worse yet, showing that delivery attempt was made when I know for a fact no attempt was made! The latest debacle was yesterday… the package was out for delivery, then it shows a delivery attempt at 924PM… no, there was no attempt. I was home, my dog was home, I could hear the delivery truck if it drove by… there was never an attempt. Previous to this, packages were hurled over my 6ft privacy fence at the BACK of my house or in front of the garage where my package got rained on… if you’re going to leave it, leave it at the FRONT door… you know… where you don’t have to THROWTHEPACKAGEOVER A FENCEORIT’S UNDERTHEPORCH! The UPS driver on my route is a liar or the whole operation in Port Allen are liars. Complaints to management never resolve anything.
