We bought a brand new Kitchenaid Oven that caught on fire and they just told us they can’t do anything call the company and complain. Why buy from a local place if they are there to help you when the product fails. Robert is horrible and very lazy. Don’t ever buy from here they do not stand behind there products. Kitchenaid is a entire other story, they have 23 pages of complaints about there customer service. Never buy a Kitchenaid!
