Established in 2010.

Bocca Lupo is Italian for Mouth of the Wolf. The Italians say «In bocca al lupo» to express good luck. The idea that you should fall into the mouth of a wolf is like the English expression «Break a Leg». All of our pizzas are cooked in an opened mouth, high temperature coal fired oven we call «The Wolf».
