I’ve been helping businesses grow and improve for almost a decade. I worked as a quality consultant for much of that time, mostly focusing on implementing quality and continuous improvement practices for local divisions of a large company.
For the past 3 years I have supported local branches in CA on improving their overall operations through training their employees, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and implementing continuous improvement practices to increase their profitability. At the end of my contract, I moved back to FL to be close to family.
Now, I work with local businesses owners to increase profitability through customer appreciation programs and hyper-targeted marketing. My system uses real, measurable factors so there is no guessing or ambiguity. It is consistent and most importantly, predictable.
